    Great customer service. I would tell all of my friends about your product. Even though I returned my atom aid, I may look at your other aids because you have excellrnt return procedures. ***

    Hi,I had the atom regular, but it would not stay in my ear. When I had it in, I used to have the ** up to *****. But when I put the hearing aid in, I had to turn the ** down to 18. That is a big inprovement! I said, Praise the Lord!! I had asked the Lord to restore my hearing and it has been about a couple months. Last week a friend of mine called and said " I have a hearing aid my son bought me for Christmas and it is working really good". I asked her what was the name of it and she told me Audien and it didn't cost that much. I guess that was my answer. So I sent for it, received it, liked it but the part you put in your ear was too big for my canal because it kept falling out.I asked Audien if they had a smaller one for the ear canal and they did! They are sending it to me and today I mailed the Atom one back.Thank you Audien for being so helpful and patient.Blessings

    I f thbeyre as good as their personel then i will not have any type of problem no doible talk straight to the *********** concise answered my questions and helped in a VERY BIG WAY i had a bad time with 2 other companies earlier and was on edge to get nasty but the person i talked top settled me down and its all history now !!!

    One of my old ev3 model quit working after several years and they are replacing them with the atom pro for a small fee of $34 becuase i had the maintence insurance. Cant wait for the new ones. the service was great even though i had to go through several people but all were nice and friendly,

    well both my hearing aids died within a few weeks so i contacted Audien and was given a contact person ********* whom was ******** willing to help immediately without recieving the non working hearing aids ..i contacted her on a Friday and had a confirmation they were sent out that following Monday as mine were shipped to Audien that Saturday Morning... Pretty quick as i await there delivery. will be nice to hear again !!

    This is my first experience with hearing aids and so far I am satisfied. Had an issue with one of the Atom Pro units and a new pair is being sent out. Hopefully I will get the volume adjusted to suit me soon. I would recommend these to anyone.
