  I order my Audien Atom 2 hearing aids in 2/13/25. They have been stuck in ********, **** since 2/17/25. Was supposed to go to **** but they never received them yet. They took my money,but no hearing aids. Where are they?

  This is a really good purchase that is reasonably priced and works well. It took some time to figure things out as the booklet doesn't cover everything, and I had some questions (that's why 4 stars instead of 5). Still not sure why 2 different bags of ear dome covers (1 bag of domes don't seem to fit? Confusing) But it works great. The 5 different levels of volume are handy which I really like. So, after becoming acquainted with this really good product, I highly recommend this Audien Hearing Aid!!

  Thank you Audien doesn't seem adequate enough to say for what I feel! I have my confidence back, I can hear TV without scaring my poor dog out of her wits, and I can actually hear people when they talk to me! I am SO ready to catch up on what I've been missing for a few years all because I couldn't afford hearing aids from the conventional sources! So, THANK YOU AUDIEN!!!

  Nothing but junk is all I can say. Worked the first day then after that they were not working I ordered a different brand a d they work at least so far. Your brand is just junk in my opinion. If you are a potential customet do not waste your money on these.
