  I thought that your customer service was the best I have every had anywhere. ***** was very thorough and detailed orientated and I felt confident that everything possible was being done to help me. I was very happy with the final result and look forward to a long relationship with Audien.***** also at the end of every email had a little uplifting saying which always put a smile on my face.   I COULDN'T USE THE AUDIEN ATOM HEARING AIDS, BUT I WAS SO VERY PLEASED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM LYSIEL. SHE WAS VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH AND GAVE ME THE CONCISE ANSWERS I NEEDED. SHE PROVIDED ME WITH THE RETURN LABEL I NEEDED AND MY REFUND WAS GIVEN QUICKLY.WHAT A PLEASURE TO KNOW THAT THIS COMPANY DOES EXACTLY WHAT THEY SAY.THANK YOU AUDIEN

  I asked a very basic question of these people: how many channels does their product support. The higher the channels the more the hearing aids can distinguish and separate sounds. After being ignored and asking two more times, their answer was "I don't know what you mean by "channels."They make and sell hearing aids and they have no clue about the most basic concept. And considering that they ignored my question, I wonder about their post-sale support.

  **************** and ease of return were excellent. Unfortunately the product did not work for me, no fault of the product itself. It is well made and I would recommend it to someone who doesn't want to/cant afford to spend thousands on hearing aids. Great company to work with.

  Love them. It took awhile to get them in my ears correctly because of dexterity problems. I wear them all day from when I get up until I go to bed. I don't barely know I am wearing them.

  I am at over 80% hearing loss in both ears. I've been trying to make due with a 20 dollar amplifier for several years. I did my homework and found these for a fraction of the cost wanted by big names. So many good reviews. I decided to give them a try. They are truly life altering. I can't say enough good things about them. I got 2 for a fraction of what one would cost and now I can join in on conversations I avoided before. The setup is a breeze and they are very easy to use.   I have had nothing but good relations with this company. I have purchased the Pro, the Pro 2, and now have the Ion series and all have performed excellent, I kept losing the pro and pro 2 so I reached out to Audien and got response right away and we came to agree that ion was right for me and guess what it was perfect.   I have sent several emails describing the problem I am having with my Audien Hearing Aid Atom Pro ***** Hearing Aid stopped working 45 minutes after making a beeping sound on Monday 01/06/2025. Put it in the charging case overnight but on Tuesday 01/07/2025 it was still dead that day. Have received a couple of phone call responses Audien Support (Rogine) on 01/10 &13/2025. After trying a couple of trouble shooting solutions that didn't solve the problem, she then sent a return label by e-mail which I received on 01/15/2025. Printed it and returned by **** on 01/16/2025. At the same time I received the return label she also informed me that she had already created a replacement order for my hearing aids.I received them on 01/15/2025, so far they are working fine. I am still getting used to them (when I remember to put them in). The response and support that I have received from Audien has been exceptional in my opinion.
