    This is like a dream come true. I can hear clearly again. It is hard to describe what I've been missing. My wife is happy too. No more "what did you say". I am very happy with the product for the price. Can't beat it. Thank you for giving me my hearing back.

    I've only had my hearing aids for one day so I can't really rate them. However, the Audien experience has been a very positive one. I wish all on-line companies were as cordial and customer-service oriented as **********************. All of the processes associated with the indoctrination and ultimate purchase of the hearing aids was very understanding and extremely professional. I will be getting used to configuring and wearing the aids as soon as I can. The plus to such an experience is the data and assistance I have and continue to receive from Audien and it techies. Everything provided has been easy to understand and ultimately practice. As my aids routine progresses I am very comfortable in knowing that Audien will be there to assist me through my trial and error.I wish your good will could spread but knowing your company will maintain this positive approach is very heart-warming and comfortable to me.Thanks

    I'm having a difficult time stopping intermittent feedback squeals, even though I only am using one of the hearing aids. (I am totally, traumatically deaf in my left ear. Also, the hearing aids seem to start "clipping" the volume on incoming sound even if it is at an optimal level. This causes sound to become nearly inaudible. Still, with these issues the hearing aids are better than hearing little at all and the constant "I can't hear you" and "What did you says" that I used to use 100+ times a day.

    I purchased two sets of hearing aids during the past 18 months. The first set worked okay, so I decided to upgrade to the Atom 2. They worked well for a few months, but the left aid started going out after only a couple of hours. I contacted Audien and explained the issue via email. They insisted that they needed more information, but they never specified what information I needed to provide. Then, after I told them I didn't know what else I could relate, the simply shut down the conversation.

    Great customer service. I love my ********************** aids and they work just as well for the hearing aids I paid $4000.00 more for those. I cannot say enough good about Audium hearing aids.

    i have been attempting to get a refund but the company just sends me offers of upgrades instead of a refund label. I have tried many times with emails and phone calls but the window for my 45 day return is closing and I am concerned they will delay sending return label so my 45 day guarantee will expire. i believe their "guarantee" of free returns is a scam!

    Audien was the second company from which I ordered. The first company provided absolutely no level of customer service (no response to calls or emails). I returned those and ordered from Audien. In both cases the devicess were in the ear, in fact they looked almost identical. The second pair from Audien had the same feedback problem - the aid in the left ear shrieked like a banshee. Here is the critical difference in Audien and the first company, I was actually able to speak with a live customer service *** that I could understand. I've spoken to or emailed with 4 different ***s. All have been excellent and have resolved the issue at hand. It turns out that I can not wear an in the ear aid but the Ion over the ear works fine. I can watch TV with the volume significantly reduced, converse over dinner with friends and actually understand customers at my work. ********************** allowed me to return Atom 2 I purchased from another source, gave me credit for it and gave me a discount on the Ion. As to the quality of the sound - it's very good. As mentioned in the How to Adjust tape, do not expect to have the same quality of sound you get with your own ears. It is a little metalic. You get used to that. If I'm listening to music on a computer I use earphones for that. However, for work or at home I use to Ion. When driving or working in the yard the settings for those activities are excellent in noise cancellation (you will supprised at the amount of ambient noise in a car or outside).Overall, a purchase well worth the money.

    My old hearing aids didn't fit properly anymore, and one completely stopped working. I decided to give Audien a try, after reading reviews. Was very excited when they came, put them in, and I got nothing but buzzing, humming, beeping. I contacted customer support, and *** responded. It took a few days, but he told me different ways to stop the interference. The end result was perfect. I do have to move them around a lot to stop the unwanted noises, but when they get in the correct position, they work great. The only other problem I have is with changing the domes. Some just will not fit, no matter how I try to get them in, it's like the holes in the domes are way too small. I have domes in that seem to work ok now, just wish I could have tried the smaller ones to see if that made a difference. I really appreciate the patience and courtesy Lem provided in our emails. He was top notch.I give 4 stars only because the instructions in the booklet weren't crystal clear, and the impossibility of getting all the domes to fit.

    The Audien AtomPro 2 OTC hearing aids are amazing. My husband tried $5,000 and $7,000 hearing aids through an audiologist and could not wear them. He had issues with getting them in and keeping them in. Plus the volume was so high and sensitive that he returned them during the trial period. He was urged by his primary doctor to try a cheaper set of over the counter hearing aids. He immediately embraced the Audien AtomPro hearing aids. **************** is amazing. One of the ********************** aids stopped working and they quickly responded to my emails and we're in the process of receiving a new set. Racjhael in customer service was extremely prompt and helpful.
