  I ordered a set of *** Pros, mainly because they had an app with which some adjustments can be made to individualize the aids somewhat. While waiting for their delivery which took about a week, I downloaded the users' manual and the app. It was from the user's manual that I discovered I needed Android 13 or higher on my phone to run the app. I called customer support to tell them my phone has Android 11 and I don't want to have to buy a new phone. The *** said she would have tech support contact me.Within a couple days a nice lady from tech support called me on the phone and said the app would work with Android ********************************************When I received the hearing aids I tried using them for a couple hours, and though the aids worked fine for me, the app did not work well with my phone. I couldn't keep the aids connected with the app.The next day I decided to give the *** Pros another chance and wore them all day. Again, the aids did their job, but the app didn't and my control of the hearing aids, and the Bluetooth streaming from the phone, came and went as long as I kept fooling with the app. I got discouraged with the app and the next day or so I called and asked to start the process of returning the aids for a refund.The *** that helped me was wonderful, kind, understanding, and compassionate. There was absolutely no problem returning the aids and getting my refund and it all happened very quickly; and the same *** stayed with me through email during the whole process. She could not have been more helpful.I would definitely recommend Audien for anyone who doesn't want to spend thousands on hearing aids, but wants a good product. [Just have an up-to-date phone if you want the *** Pros ;-) ]

  I did return the hearing aids. However, not because they did not work! They worked very well and I was very satisfied with them. The left aid had a noise emitted every 30 to 45 seconds. Nothing I could do stopped the noise. I am not a trained person to work on aids so they were returned. I would purchase them again but have opted to wait for a little time to pass and address the issue again.

  I purchased the Atom Pro 2 and tried it for 30 days without much luck. I had problems with feedback and the "vacuum" feeling. I worked with ***** at customer service and he gave me some tips to try, but nothing helped. He then suggested I try the Ion at no additional cost. This seemed like a good idea to me so I returned the Atom Pro 2 and am awaiting the arrival of the Ion. I appreciated the support that ***** gave me and hopefully it will work better for me.

  A great variety of OTC hearing aids at various prices. Even better than the products, is the customer service experience. Just ask and you'll receive a quick and straight talk response. Great experience. ***** was especially friendly and helpful.

  Audien Hearing has the best Hearing Aids available. My husband swears by them! These new Pro11 aids are upgraded and has him doing the work. Hes excited that he can have full control of these hearing aids. Hes also very impressed with the size and says these are by far the clearest hes ever heard the tv and my voice over the phone. Hes no longer trying to figure out what the grandkids are saying. Hes happy and Im the happy wife with a happy life! Not to mention **************** **** who were ever so patient with us both on the phone. They have extended to us a one yr warranty for participating in their rebate program! They delivered on their promise of the rebate in full. And did I tell you that my husband told me Im proud of you! You did good! They promised and they delivered!

  I had an issue with hearing aids and contact the customer service and they are resending new hearing aids and Im sending the old ones back Sometimes theres an issue but its how you handle the problem that makes the product better.

  This hearing aid is wonderful! I was one of the people who paid over $8,000 for a hearing aid and it is so inferior to the Audiem ATOM! I got no instructions about these hearing aids. It seems like once I paid for them I was on my own. Audiem put together a video (online) by an audiologist who told in detail what to expect from a hearing aid and answered questions about hearing aids, she was very open in saying that my hearing would not be restored to its ***** altho Audiem hearing aids are exceptional. Be sure to see the video which Audiem suggests. I love the service of Audiem and I only wish I had learned of them earlier before I spent all that money! I suggest that you try Audiem before making a decision.
