  I purchased an aid but due to my unique hearing issues related to tinnitus it was not helpful. The customer service I received both on purchase and return was exceptional, I would describe it as professional and helpful. Just wish I could have used the product.

  I had an issue with the earbuds provided with my Atom2 hearing aids. My air canals are smaller. I contacted support got a hold of ***** and he went above and beyond to help me out. My smaller earbuds have been shipped. Very pleased with Audien, and their support staff, ***** in particular!

  I couldnt be happier with all your help. I wont get any other hearing aids because these are small enough to fit in my ears. I have small ear canals so thank you very much for your help

  I have to say I was impressed with Vince. He was attentive to my problem. He responded quickly and curteously. And I'm excited to get my replacement hearing aids. I like the size. They fit comfortably. I like volume settings and the different mode settings.

  The customer service at ********************** was excellent. *****, kept me informed about when my hearing aids would arrive and also sent me videos to help me see the best way to get started with using them. He then followed up to make sure I was completely satisifed with the purchase. Thank you ***** you are a great representative for Audien!

  I have been very amazed at what has happened to me when I informed Audien that I needed to get a refund on my Atom Pro 2 hearing aids. My reason was unique to say the least. Once I got the in canal hearin aids I realized that mjy left ear canal was normal but my right ear canal was not. Rather that going straight, it dropped immediately down so the hearing aid would not stay in. I informed Audien and they said perhaps a slim ear dome would make a difference so they sent me one but to no avail. I requested a reinstatement on the refund. Then they contacted me and said that perhaps what I needed was a behind the ear hearing aid rather than in ear canal. The behind the ear is much more expensive but they were willing to send me the behind the ear model to see if that would work. They sent me a return lable and once I sent the Atom Pro 2 back they would send me the behind the ear model. I am an old man, 89, and live on social security so I have not been able to afford a behind the ear hearing aid but now it seems as though I am going to get to give that a try. If this doesn't work it won't be because Audien is willing to go the extra mile to help. I am hopeful that before I leave this old world I will again be able to hear a bit better. Only time will tell.

  I had to exchange my hearing aids because one became inoperable and the other had a problem with intermittent feedback noise. The customer service representative responded quickly and offered several suggestions about the problems that I tried but was not successful in correcting the problem. Both hearing aids worked well for over 3 months. Overall, the customer service was excellent.
