    My overall experience with Audien Hearing was great! They worked to find a small problem I was having and took care of it. I found them to be 100% truthful and very kind, knowlable, and honest with every move! I am very happy with Audien Hearing!

    ***** at customer service department has been fantastic for me from day 1 to this moment. He is so professional and personal in his business dealing. He is also very detailed minded; not only on the technical stand points, but with customer oriented attitude. Based on his suggestion, I have decided to up grade to *** Pro, due to unsatisfactory situation on my ATMO Pro2 which is being shipped last night. During this process, he has been wonderfully helpful by explaining all those details of the differences between those 2 hearing aids. I am more than anxious to receive the *** Pro. I know for sure if the *** Pro does not solve my hearing problem, I am not about to blame neither the products, nor *****, since I know it will be my ears to be blamed. Anyway, I really appreciate for his treatment on all phases during the process, and I also express the same gratitude to the company, Audien Hearing, by wishing them nothing but the great success to be continued. Again, thanks million, *****!!!

    ***** at Audien Customer Support was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He responded quickly. Explained my options clearly and made arrangements to resolve any issues. Highly recommend

    We are so pleased with these hearing aids. We ordered a set for my husband last November. One of the aids stopped working after less than 5 months, but when I notified them of this, they send us a whole new set as a replacement instead of just sending the one hearing aid we needed. I think they went above and beyond the call of duty on this and we would highly recommend these more affordable hearing aids!

    Although the hearing aids did not work for me due to underlying conditions, the service was amazing. The time between ordering and receiving them was within 3 weeks. They came very nicely packaged and very of very good quality. When I had to (unfortunately) had to return them, ***** was amazing. I didnt have the order number which was completely my fault - I was searching in the wrong email - but he was able to find the number and process the return quickly. He was incredibly nice to work with. I would recommend these to anyone.

    The staff at Audien have gone overboard to help me adapt the hearing aids to my very narrow ear canal. I have had visual (Zoom) assistance and end pieces sent in an effort to get the use easy and hassle free. It is rare that customer service with the attention to satisfaction is found these days.

    For various reasons the Audien devices were not a good fit for me. However, ***** at customer service was awesome. He first tried to find a solution and was respectful and helpful getting me through the return phase. Even though they weren't for me, I would still recommend this company to others based on my experience.

    Although I had already decided against keeping my hearing aids, I want to commend ******* at Audien for inviting me to consider steps toward resolving the hearing aids problems with my hearing and customer service. He was very gracious and sincerely trying to turn around my experience with the aids. Though those efforts did not result in turning around my decision they were nonetheless very much appreciated!
