      On Oct. 26, 2022, my fiancee Tholin a disabled *********** desperately purchased a vehicle at this dealership with the "help" of our deceitful sales **** *********************** (who lacked integrity and cunningly took full advantage of our desperate situation). Our experience with the Audi North Scottsdale team triggered us of the traumatic last time we were told lies about a vehicle getting fixed. **** greeted us with smiles/acted so friendly & promised that issues with the car would be fixed and we would get a loaner vehicle while being worked on, but they never followed through as soon as we signed the paperwork. The issues with the car were three substantial scratch repairs to be painted, ************ repairs, & a full vehicle detail cleaning service. Our sales rep. informed us that the vehicle would be done the next day, which it was not, and was then told it would be done the following day in the morning, which it was still not ready, so we waited till later on that day to finally get a response that the vehicle was finally ready. He told us the day of pick up, the car was ready and everything was taken care of but left like a coward when he knew we were on our way so he wouldn't face us to find out he lied; we then found out the liftgate does not work. We asked to talk with the ** the day we made the deal, but his manager *************************** told us, "he is too busy that is why I'm here." ****** even went out of his way to find my fiance, to gloat in his face, and interrupt his phone call with his sick mother. Once the deal was done, they treated us like trash and told us we had to fix everything on our own. Penske claims integrity is the core value of their business, but that seems to be what they lack the most. From the bottom, all the way up is a representation of the company as a whole who was involved with our sales and knew what was going on. Still, all did nothing (***********************, ***************************, *********************, ***********************, and the finance guy at the end).

      I purchased a used Audi for my teenage daughters from a private party, and had experienced problems in Scottsdale and had it towed to Audi-Penske North Scottsdale. They quoted all types of work unrelated to the problem I had, in addition to the suspected problem, surpassing $5,000. I had a few general quotes problem for a small fraction of that amount, and decided to have the car towed to a different service location to avoid unnecessary and egregious charges. I agreed to pay an evaluation fee of just over $200, and when I tried to get the car towed, they held the vehicle "hostage" until this fee was paid, which wasn't even billed to me yet! I have been struggling to get the car to a more honest, ethical and reliable service center, and Audi North Scottsdale would not furnish the keys to the towing service that I had been waiting for over 4 hours. Within 2 minutes of receiving their bill, I promptly remitted full payment. I would caution anyone considering their service to get a competitive quote from another location.

      ******************** brought his vehicle in with a coolant issue, we quoted $219.50 to diagnose.  *** diagnosis fee was acknowledged and agreed to by the client prior to inspection.  During the diagnosis inspection the technician found the thermostat housing faulty; client declined the repair.  Included with the diagnosis is a complimentary multi-point inspection of the entire vehicle.  We include this full inspection to ensure the vehicle is safe and provide the client a thorough health report of their vehicle.  During the **** the technician quoted a minor oil leak,two tires, alignment and lower control bushings, all normal items for a seven-year-old, 100k miles vehicle; client declined the work.  *** Service Advisor assisting ******************** made several attempts to contact him and collect diagnosis payment but was unsuccessful.  A tow truck arrived to remove the vehicle, but we were unable to release until payment was received.  Once payment was collected, the car was released.

      ***************************, Audi North Scottsdale Service Director responded to an email from ********************, asking what we could do to make the situation better.  ***re was no response from the client.  Audi North Scottsdale provided the services requested.  *** client received a quote and approved the work performed.  At this time Audi North Scottsdale will take no further action in this matter.
