    I brought my 2014 Mini ****** ********** to this establishment in May 2021 for repairs and an inspection on repeated engine malfunction notifications. I was told I needed $3000 worth of work on the vehicle, to include a new battery. I agreed to and paid for all of the work to be done. Within 2 weeks of returning home with the vehicle, I got another engine malfunction notification and have received several since. I have made three appointments with this establishment and upon arrival was told they don't have time to look at my vehicle and I would have to leave it with them for at least two weeks before they could service it. I live 3 hours away from this establishment and was not given this information prior to arrival, and had to return home all three times without getting service. I finally took my car to a local European car repair shop in my town to have it looked at. The new battery I received in May 2021 was at 20% charge and the repair shop could not get it to charge above 40%. They strongly recommended I replace the battery immediately, as it was causing problems with the engine and other electrical systems in the vehicle. I contacted Mini North Scottsdale and they said they could not help me, as the batter had been taken out and they would no longer warranty it or provide a refund, nor could they service my vehicle at no cost because I had taken it to someone else.The battery was tested and found to be failing. I was advised to replace it, so I did the best thing for my vehicle. I would like to be refunded for the malfunctioning battery that has a 2 year warranty, at the very least.

    I am a **************** resident and flew into Scottsdale to purchase a Mini ****** from Mini of North Scottsdale. I had a pretty decent experience with purchasing the Mini, however, it's been a bit of a nightmare since the paperwork was signed. I was told by the finance manager that the dealership did not have the title on hand and that it didn't matter because it wasn't needed to register the vehicle in my state.When I visited my local licensing office, sure enough, they needed proof that the dealership actually owned the vehicle, they needed the title! When I called the finance manager to ask for the title and help getting the car register, she told me that they didn't a title for the Mini and there was nothing she could do for me. I was on my own and I needed to call ************** to figure it out. I told her that other out of state dealerships that I had purchased cars from in the past had always handled the registration process. She told me that she could do it, but she would have to charge $4900 for the service! $4900!!!!!!!! I actually laughed because I was expecting her to say $49 dollars but she continued on to say forty nine HUNDRED!.So I'm basically on my own. The car has been paid for but now I am unable to actually register the car in my name. I feel like I'm living in the twilight zone. I know the car market is competitive right now but this dealership is acting in bad faith. I am starting to think that they didn't actually own the car and are struggling to retrieve the title from the previous owner. Avoid this dealer if you can.UPDATE:Management reached out to me to get my direct contact info to offer any help they could in resolving this matter. They said they take my concerns very seriously. Well.....management just forwarded my email, without any response at all to ****, the finance consultant who has been the person refusing to help me. Thank you for this management. I guess I'm on my own.
