  Moving Help advertises themselves as a company that assists with people who move your things in and out of U-Haul trucks. What they don't tell you is that they will provide no help in the event that something goes wrong. In my case, a provider listed on their website defrauded two local contractors leaving them without payment. They provided no assistance in resolving this matter and left it on me to fix things. It is clear to me that little to no vetting of the providers takes place. I would highly recommend that people use alternate services as there is no way of knowing whether the providers listed on their service are legitimate.

  I was a service provider for Moving Help.Com and was recently terminated due my phone being damaged on a job and my not being able to inform the customer I was running late. ********************** is very unfair to their service providers I have completed over 400 jobs for the service with 4.5 average rating and they will not even respond to me regarding the matter.

  I was a service provider that got terminated because I ran out of gas on my way to a customer house and asked the customer to help me get some gas after being stranded in the middle of nowhere for hours. This is a trashy service.

  Guess I really should have read other reviews prior to signing up for this service. My experience was no different than what everyone else echoes below. Moving Help is an intermediary "service" but does not take the responsibility when anything goes wrong between customer and ******************** provider. (What a business model!) I had movers help me unload my UHaul, having paid for 4 hours of service, not really understanding how the payment process works. The unethical moving help provider (Cascadia Moving Company LLC) contacted me BEFORE my move was done, knowing it would not take the full 4 hours, to rudely and aggressively demand my payment code. They then processed this payment, prior to the termination of my move, which only took half the time. I have since attempted to enlist the help of Moving Help (joke of a moniker), to which they direct me to contact the provider himself. The provider - ************************* - in his rage of getting a poor online review - has started stalking me online, sending threatening texts to my phone, threatening my business. Moving Help has turned a blind eye, because - why care about the customer?? They do not. I agree that it is a total fraud of a company, useless in all ways. I will NEVER be using this company again and will be contacting U-Haul corporate about my experience.

  Horrible. I called to resolve why my movers were not paid the additional hour they deserved and why I could not approve. ******* (***) was as rude as anyone Ive ever spoken with, and because he could not resolve the problem of my hoped for payment to movers, told me he would report me as argumentative and that I did not want to pay my superior moving teama complete lie, as wanting to pay them an additional hour was the whole point of my call.This UHaul so-called serviceis scamming the hard working help of great movers, IMO, and unlawfully profiting from their hard work.

  RUN AWAY FAST, TOTAL SCAM!!!* Moving Help is a scam of a company. They knowingly sent aggressive and verbally abusive contractors to my home. Then, when I contacted them about it, they blamed me and told me that I chose the contractor myself. However, this contractor was recommended by Moving Help representatives who told us they had vetted these contractors. If I could give no stars I would. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The owner of First Notice Transportation LLC., a moving help contractor, began verbally threatening me when I brought to light that he did not complete the job. He also repeatedly stated that he would leave my items on the curb so that someone could steal them. He refused to pack my furniture or use any of the furniture protective covers that we paid for and were readily available. He stopped packing my uboxes in the middle of the job. I asked him to continue packing but he stated that he could not because he was late to another appointment. I also see that he told another customer the same exact thing!! Seems he overbooks quite a lot. So, there was ample room left in my uboxes (2 total) when he left 80% of my ONE BEDROOM apartment unpacked. He claims there was no room left, but I have photos to prove otherwise. He also packed heavy items on top of smaller lighter items. I have used multiple different moving companies in the past, but please do yourself a favor and AVOID using this company at costs. ***** has advised that we need to pursue this legally since verbal threats were made and ************************* took our money. A total nightmare!!! Moving help lies on their website stating that the transportation they provide is safe, reliable etc but it is not. Based on the generic responses I see on others similar claims, Moving Help is scamming their customers. When I asked for a refund since the job was not completed, Moving Help refused.

  They Did drugs while moving and advertised it in there truck Crazy Rythm and 420 Damaged furniture and walks Did not finish job Body jammed the doors to the pod to close it with furniture in it The yelled and fought while moving One got blood on carpet from injury One employee said he had to check himself into jail because he got DWI and had been out of prison for a year on a felony charge I was told by U-Haul 5 stare company Locally they got 21 one star ratings UHaul and MovingHelp said I should get attorney when they recommended them Homeward Bound Never called me before or after partial move so I was stuck with half my furniture to move in 24 hours I HAVE TWO WITNESSES TO ALL OF THIS MY NEIGHBORS

  After waiting 3 days to receive my u haul container due to moving help rescheduling, not u haul from 8/7, to 8/8, to 8/9 I received a call from from one of the workers explaining they were at my home this morning. Never received a phone call to schedule the time, and heads up to let me know in advance.I explained to the guy im at work at a new job, and cant leave, his response was I will leave it here and you can do it yourself. I askedmy boss could I leave and come back so I could meet the guys, then informed them I would there in 10 minutes. I called the supervisor who stated he was the supervisor and he was as rude as his workers.I Just had the supervisor come back into my home and scream at me at continue to be disrespectful as he just saw my email and review I gave on his page.These people are the worse

  Had two companies cancel on me. Despite have the reservation set up 3 weeks in advance. The first company I was referred to canceled 3 days prior to my actual move date. The second company didn't even have transportation to get to us the day of moving despite that being a requirement of vendors. You will be better off finding your own movers instead of using this website

  Terrible company and terrible service. They provide a service to get contractors to assist with your moves with U-HAUL. They provide no updates and if something goes wrong, you are not contacted to resolve anything. I used this service because the costs of moving my box was $200 but with the movinghelp service, it was 220 including movers. So, it was a no-brainer to just pay 20 to get help moving the stuff from the box into the home.WRONG. First of all, i received a confirmation for the order but no information that the payment went through, so it was never actually "confirmed". No update or anything. I sat happy with the idea of getting additional help with my move. When I didn't hear anything, I called the day of the move and to my surprise, the box isnt coming. When I asked about getting it today, I was hit with it would be 450 to have your box arrive. Are you joking? Advice to everyone, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Get the box and hire contractors outside of this terrible company. Do not let Movinghelp organize it for you. You will be disappointed and not have your things when you expected to have them. Take the safe route and have UHAUL deliver the box at least. Hire your own movers after.
