    On April 7, 2023, I requested several repairs to be made to the unit my roommate (***********) and I were renting by ****'s maintenance team. Citi scheduled repairs to occur on April 14, 2023. Several repairs were completed, however, others were not. I terminated my lease on April 25, 2023, due to repairs not being completed within 10 days and requested a refund of my prorated rent and security deposit. I also advised them to contact us for a final walkthrough of the unit's condition within 2 business days - this was never requested. On May 30, 2023, I was notified by a collections agency, *****************************, that **** was seeking payment for which I received no summary of the charges in writing. I filed a dispute immediately with ***************************** and requested a summary of charges - this was not received until October 2, 2023. I provided Citi with all of the documents I have including a request to remedy the unfit unit, photos, termination of the lease, etc. **** has denied my dispute and claims all repairs were completed even after I provided photos taken on April 21, 2023, showing repairs were not completed. **** has violated ARS 33-1324 by not completing repairs within the allowed time and ARS 33-1321 for not providing an itemized list of deductions within 14 business days from the receipt of the termination of the lease. Citi on Camelback, *****************************, and ***** ********************* have all been contacted with my requests and have not aided in resolving and providing me a refund. I am requesting my security deposit, prorated rent, and maximum damages allowed.Outside of being out of compliance with the above laws, **** also has a ***** infestation and their efforts to remedy this have been unsuccessful and at times they have allowed exterminators to enter my unit to spray chemicals and bait without my permission and put my pet in danger.I have serval documents that are too large to upload, but I am willing to provide them.

    I was a resident of this place and bought out my lease which was due to end in Oct, 2022. I provided my notice to vacate in August, 2022, and paid my rent for the remaining months via checks which were promptly cashed as per my bank statement. I also handed in keys to the Unit in Aug, 2022.Since then, I have called multiple times to ask for my security deposit, which has still not been returned to me. As per ******* law, landlords must return a security deposit within 14 days of the end of agreement and we are now up to almost 90 days. I have been polite in calling the managers at Citi on Camelback multiple times, with no return of phone calls. I keep getting told they are either away or in a meeting with no action with regards to the issue. This is an unacceptable breach of contract and frankly, illegal.At this point I will be forced to go to court. And in all my time living in apartments around the world, I have NEVER encountered a property management this cavalier about doing something illegal.I am frustrated that I even have to post this [it blows my mind they think they can get away with this], and I hope people are extremely cautious about getting into a contract with them because clearly the management company has zero ethics
