    On April 7, 2023, I requested several repairs to be made to the unit my roommate (***********) and I were renting by ****'s maintenance team. Citi scheduled repairs to occur on April 14, 2023. Several repairs were completed, however, others were not. I terminated my lease on April 25, 2023, due to repairs not being completed within 10 days and requested a refund of my prorated rent and security deposit. I also advised them to contact us for a final walkthrough of the unit's condition within 2 business days - this was never requested. On May 30, 2023, I was notified by a collections agency, *****************************, that **** was seeking payment for which I received no summary of the charges in writing. I filed a dispute immediately with ***************************** and requested a summary of charges - this was not received until October 2, 2023. I provided Citi with all of the documents I have including a request to remedy the unfit unit, photos, termination of the lease, etc. **** has denied my dispute and claims all repairs were completed even after I provided photos taken on April 21, 2023, showing repairs were not completed. **** has violated ARS 33-1324 by not completing repairs within the allowed time and ARS 33-1321 for not providing an itemized list of deductions within 14 business days from the receipt of the termination of the lease. Citi on Camelback, *****************************, and ***** ********************* have all been contacted with my requests and have not aided in resolving and providing me a refund. I am requesting my security deposit, prorated rent, and maximum damages allowed.Outside of being out of compliance with the above laws, **** also has a ***** infestation and their efforts to remedy this have been unsuccessful and at times they have allowed exterminators to enter my unit to spray chemicals and bait without my permission and put my pet in danger.I have serval documents that are too large to upload, but I am willing to provide them.

    On May 13th, 2023, I moved into the Citi on Camelback apartments. Exactly one week later, on May 20th, water began leaking out of the ceiling, down every wall, door, window *****, vents, and outdoor patio due to a water leak in the unoccupied apartment directly above my apartment. I called the office, and after 30 minutes, they sent maintenance over. Maintenance took one look at the water leaking everywhere in my apartment, and could also hear it flowing inside my walls. (I have plenty of videos as well.) They went upstairs, and saw a pipe burst in the bathroom of the unoccupied apartment, and shut off the water. There was 3 inches of standing water in the unoccupied apartment, all flowing down into my apartment. Citi sent a carpet cleaner over that same night, to soak up the water in the upstairs apartment, and any standing water in my apartment. However, despite multiple requests from me, they did not send a restoration company until 5/25, and at that time, they cut holes in multiple walls, ceilings, floors, and added fans to dry out the drywall. I have not been able to live there since May 20th, and **** is making me pay rent on this inhabitable apartment until I am able to secure new housing and move my items. This is extremely poor customer service, since the damage to the apartment was their fault. Water should have been shut off in a vacant apartment. I am seeking a refund on my rent from 5/20 - whenever I am able to move out and secure new housing. They are also offering nothing in way of damages or time/effort spent to move again, but are allowing me to break my lease due to their negligence in the unoccupied apartment.PLEASE HELP!
