    I recently had the pleasure of working with Semper Fi ******************************************** and the experience was outstanding. **** came out to perform preventative maintenance on our A/C unit and provided us with honest and detailed information about the state of our system. He gave us a reasonable quote for a new A/C unit, air handler, and additional services like air duct cleaning and duct sealing. Deciding to replace our system was easy, thanks to ***** straightforward approach and clear explanations.When it came time for the installation, *** and **** did an incredible job. Despite the challenging layout of our attic, they removed the old system and installed the new A/C and air handler with great effort and precision. Their dedication to getting the job done right was evident in every step they took.The entire process was seamless, thanks to the rest of the team at Semper Fi who quickly set up the other services and coordinated repairs to our drywall. The professionalism, efficiency, and quality of work from everyone involved exceeded our expectations.I highly recommend Semper Fi ******************************************* for their exceptional service and commitment to customer satisfaction.(PS - I had a supply of assorted Crayons on hand, but they were not needed. FYKYK ??)

    Lousy customer service. I've purchased 2 AC units from them in the past 2 years. The first was 2 years ago and it has worked fine. However, I can't say the same for my 2nd unit which I purchase in March of this year. This unit was only for our family room and should easily cool it. The other unit was for the rest of the house and works fine covering a lot more space. I didn't start using the new unit until May at which time I noticed it didn't seem to be performing as it should. It puts out cold air but never cools the room enough to reach the temperature set on the thermostat. Therefore, it runs constantly. In early June I notified Semper Fi of the problem and they sent out a tech. He checked the unit then replaced the face plate of the new thermostat saying they had been having issue with them. This didn't resolve the problem. I called again and another tech. He replaced the entire thermostat. Still the same problem. Since June there have been 6 different techs, 7 visits and still no resolution. The latest "suspicion" has been the duct for the return is not large enough and it would be referred to management for resolution. I heard nothing. After threatening to file a complaint with the BBB I finally got a call from an installation assistant manager, *****, on August 4th. He said there would be installers coming out on the 6th to upsize the return duct. They did show up but the duct they brought was too large and they did not have a smaller one with them. I haven't heard from anyone since. Throughout this time I've had to initiate contact. No one has ever contacted me after these repair calls to inquire if the issue was resolved. Lots of unkept promises when it came to "someone will get back with you". I'm a *********** vet and it's a disgrace that these people are using the *********** motto "Semper Fi" for the name of their company. They certainly aren't "always faithful" when it come to their customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

    Worst experience of my life with this company! Paid over 20k for a new unit that keeps failing. Faulty wiring/electrical panel etc theyve come out 5 times in 4 months and my AC is still not working. I called their emergency line just to be told theyre not available and I will have to wait for a phone call back.

    Our interaction with ********************* as our technician for the maintenance service was exceptional. Throughly explained what was needed, ordered, and installing next day. Would highly recommend Semper Fi.

    We have two AC units, both went down. The technician came over and after inspection informed of the cost which I found to be very expensive . I had no choice. I accepted but he insisted to be paid fully before he started work - management instruction - . We paid . He got stuck because he did not have one of the correct parts. He phoned his office many times but no one answered. He said he would have to go and it would take two days to get the correct part. I proposed that I go with him to ********** to get the correct part. He refused because "his management forbids it". We checked for the availability of the part on the net, it was available at ******* for $130. I sent one of my family members to pick one up. The ******* near us did not have it in stock. Mean time one from the office called him back and proposed to use the part he had while ignoring certain wiring. I gave him my consent to go ahead as it was getting very hot.We got both the units working. Both our units are relatively new and still are under warranty. The technician informed us that one the unites' compressor has issues and needs to be changed - I do not suspect his assessment -. I asked him to go ahead start the process of changing the compressor. He called his manager and he gave us a verbal quote - which was later emailed -. What I found to be utterly unacceptable and telling, was they wanted us to pay %50 upfront, knowing that the quote is for manpower only. As for the value of the quote it was twice the value of the same job we had done before.*** What I find very telling about the culture of this company is the following ***We had them prior to this encounter fill gas in one of the ACs. After the technician left, we found the gas container on the curb. We assumed that he forgot to load it in his van. We called to inform about it. Nobody came. Before the technician left this time we gave him the container. After he left we found it on the curb. Now we have to find away to dispose of it.

    These guys are the absolute worst AC company to deal with. Try it out for yourselves, initially they will oversell a unit that doesnt work for the desert but they have a ton of them so they will offer a low price. Once the unit breaks under a year time they will ask you for a few weeks to get service. However if you say its an emergency (even though its a new unit) they will do their best to prioritize you. From there its a crapshoot. Multiple answering services with multiple managers who are supposed to help (all I got was a ****).The best AC company is not these guys. Just be careful before watching the tons of commercials they focus their efforts on! Nice work fake veterans

    Worst customer service. Absolutlety terribble communication. New unit installed failed with in 12 hours and it took them 48 hours to fix the issue when my home was 91 degreees. I wasnt an emergency. But the finance **** during down time expected the 1st pay. The techs were not professional nor respectful to my situation. I am a USMC vet just as my husband is, the only reason why we hired this company and got the worst customer service ever. I do not recomend this company to anyone. If the owner is a true USMC vet then hes a fake *************** in my brotherhood would run such a bogus company.

    I am disappointed in the company's marketing strategy of highlighting their association with the military. Many of my family members have served in the military and take great pride in their service to our country. I was influenced by this aspect when purchasing their air conditioning system, opting for their top-of-the-line product. However, I am disappointed to find that it is not performing as expected. Despite my attempts to seek assistance, I have encountered difficulties in receiving timely and efficient support. There have been instances where no one has shown up for appointments, leading to confusion regarding who called and set up appointments, ultimately resulting in a lack of resolution to my concerns.

    I won a no charge turnup on my air conditioner from Semper Fi. The man came took pictures of my furnace and air-conditioner. No service was done on either and he tried to sell me a $17,000 unit saying my unit was 10 years old and the coils showed some rust and was dirty, I thought a service call would clean the coils, maybe I'm wrong. I can't recommend this company.

    Had Semper Fi of Mesa AZ respond to give me a quote when my air conditioner quit working. Repair guy stated that the unit couldn't be fixed and quoted me $18,000 but with a military discount brought it down to $14,000. However, they never verified me as a veteran and later I read they give everyone the military discount. They indicated they could do the job the next day but I put it off to get a 2nd opinion. San Tan A/C Comfort Pros came out the same day and fixed the unit by replacing a capacitor for a total cost of $190 and stated the air conditioner was in fine running shape.
