  I have been a satisfied Semper Fi customer since 12/20 when this veteran-owned company installed a new HVAC system. At that time I also enrolled in their protection plan. This month ******* performed my summer maintenance check, ***** returned to replace condenser parts poised for imminent ************* from the plumbing division quickly & effectively repaired 2 leaky toilet fill valves. All three techs were personable, professional, efficient and highly competent I highly recommend Semper Fi to provide excellent, ethical service without annoying high-pressure tactics.

  Semper Fi was able to come out and replace my old AC unit and interior equipment the day after I started having issues with it. All of my questions were answered immediately and they were so easy and friendly to work with from beginning to end. There literally was no evidence that they were working all day after they left because everything was cleaned up and hauled away. I highly recommend Semper Fi should you ever need anyone for your AC needs.

  Technician came out to do a follow up visit on some concerns. He was on time, very pleasant, and took the time to listen. He checked the ** unit to make sure it was performing properly and then discussed future options I will need to consider, as my unit is getting older and becoming inefficient. He did not pressure at all, just offered information that was relevant. A great service call!

  From start to finish, my experience was quick and easy, The staff were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Everything was smooth and ran right on schedule.   These guys are excellent. I thought I had a problem with the ac I called them late in the evening the had a tech ton our home in under an hour. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Best service i had in years and covered it 100 percent under warranty. ******* I purchased from this company. Highly recommend there service and professionalism was excellent

  This company was hired by the homeowner to repair our air conditioning unit on Friday, June 27. After receiving half of the quoted fee, the "technician" stated he would need to order a part, and also did not have the proper tool to continue working on the unit. We were given a 1-2 day time frame. Of course, days pass without any communication from the company, until we finally reached out, several times. Each person spoken to had ZeRO clue as to what was going on, and never called back with the info, as promised, nor did they keep their promised service appointments. In the meantime, my husband has had to either call off work or leave early on days they were supposed to show up. He had to invest $300 in fans, and the temperature inside the house has reached over 100 degrees. It is now Thursday, July 3 at 1:10 PM. The homeowner had texted us to let us know the company would be here today between 10 and 12 with "all the parts". They are a no call, no show. We are now calling at 1:21, and the person on the phone has no idea what's going on. CLUELESS! They have now stated "******" tried to call us at 12:15, but no one answed, so "******" is now working another job. THIS IS A LIE BECAUSE NO ONE CALLED! Believe me when I say I will be filing complaints with the ***, Arizona Attorney General's Offiice, the BBB, and possibly 3 On Your Side. If you go on the BBB website, you will see 8 PAGES of complaints against Semper Fi, and just click on the one star reviews here on ****** to see just how crooked this company trully is! They care not for or Arizona families or USA veterans!!
