    These guys are excellent. I thought I had a problem with the ac I called them late in the evening the had a tech ton our home in under an hour. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Best service i had in years and covered it 100 percent under warranty. ******* I purchased from this company. Highly recommend there service and professionalism was excellent

    This company was hired by the homeowner to repair our air conditioning unit on Friday, June 27. After receiving half of the quoted fee, the "technician" stated he would need to order a part, and also did not have the proper tool to continue working on the unit. We were given a 1-2 day time frame. Of course, days pass without any communication from the company, until we finally reached out, several times. Each person spoken to had ZeRO clue as to what was going on, and never called back with the info, as promised, nor did they keep their promised service appointments. In the meantime, my husband has had to either call off work or leave early on days they were supposed to show up. He had to invest $300 in fans, and the temperature inside the house has reached over 100 degrees. It is now Thursday, July 3 at 1:10 PM. The homeowner had texted us to let us know the company would be here today between 10 and 12 with "all the parts". They are a no call, no show. We are now calling at 1:21, and the person on the phone has no idea what's going on. CLUELESS! They have now stated "******" tried to call us at 12:15, but no one answed, so "******" is now working another job. THIS IS A LIE BECAUSE NO ONE CALLED! Believe me when I say I will be filing complaints with the ***, Arizona Attorney General's Offiice, the BBB, and possibly 3 On Your Side. If you go on the BBB website, you will see 8 PAGES of complaints against Semper Fi, and just click on the one star reviews here on ****** to see just how crooked this company trully is! They care not for or Arizona families or USA veterans!!

    I wish I could give them negative stars... All I did was enter into the ** give away and then was barraged with calls for a "free" ** tune up. I figured, hey why not, they have come out before. Our ** was working before we had the tune up. Not even an hour after the ********** left our ** stopped blowing cold. I called Semper Fi back to let them know, they offered to have someone come out in 2 days, I had to push back to get someone out the same day. The same ********** came back. He let me know that he did not put the freon cap on all the way and that is what was causing our house to cool. He also found a freon leak in that same pipe that he did not see earlier. Also the first report stated our freon levels were good. Flash forward to 5 days later, our ** is not cooling. I called Semper Fi again to let them know, the lady on the phone stated the it was noted that he forgot to connect wires the first time the ********** was out, which is completely different than the freon cap not being installed all the way. They sent another ********** out the next day (today 6/29) The freon cap was not on all the way again, and a wire was not put in all the way. He also found a different leak of freon in our **. The ********** also stated that the first ********** was new and doesn't know freon all that well, while also admitting he himself had to call to ask for assistance. Our initial quote has gone from around 2K to now over 6K. I am currently waiting for a second opinion on this.

    Just had Semper Fi install a new AC unit and I cant tell you how happy I am! Got a great price, they beat all the other estimates, maybe because they gave me a Veterans discount. .The 2 installers were very professional and courteous and paid particular attention to my new floors. The new unit is working perfectly and is so quiet I have to check to see if its working. They also installed a new smart thermostat and helped me set it up. I cant wait till next month to see how much Im saving on my electric bill. As a Viet Nam veteran I highly recommend Semper Fi a Veteran owned and operated by a Veteran!

    We spent 11k on an upgrade to our previous WORKING system to be lied to about them monitoring our system. So we will NOT be paying for ANY additional magical faulty monitoring!!! There is an air flow problem. They will not work on our unit until the drywall THEY cut out is replaced. It's all over the news it's the hottest day of the year so far and our NEW unit and furnace out of the box ISNT COOLING my house!!! Their office showed 12 minutes away and they cannot come out until tomorrow to fix the drywall and if that doesn't work with their schedule we spent 11k to wait a full weekend!!!!!!! Stay away from their lying sales people, lack of schedule, and installers trying to give you cheap thermostats other than what you paid for. Then complain that our attic is the hottest he's ever been in and the extra **************************************************** Unreal

    We had bought a whole new air conditioner outside and the motherboard in our attic. It took them a whole week to install and they only covered for one night for us to stay in a hotel the rest of the time we had to stay in our RV, this was in July of last year Now coming to this year our air conditioner has broken down and wont cool the house and they came out on Fathers Day and said that they can have the part by Tuesday. Monday, I had called them to see what time that they will be coming out Tuesday and they said that we need to go through the warranty company to get it covered that get the part covered. I had called the warranty company and they told me that the **** has to call And put the part in under warranty. It is now Tuesday and its 115 outside and my house is 95. I have four kids and pets and it is super hot and they will not fix it. They said that they have the 10 years that it is under warranty to fix it.

    We had a brand new unit installed 5 weeks ago. It broke after the first week. They said it was due to the rain we had and they needed another part. They ordered the part and came back 4 days later to fix it. They fix it but still doesn't work. They said it needs another part and that will take 2-4 days to come in. A week later they call and say the parts in. We've been trying to schedule the installation but no reply. They don't communicate and they don't care if you have animals and your house is 90 degrees. Do not use them. They have horrible customer service and don't know what they're doing.

    After buying a new unit from Semper Fi March 2024, the company has been nothing but miserable to work with. Just horrible communication, awful customer service, and insane runarounds.We had problems with our install where the system wasnt working right. Calling to have someone come back out was insane. I couldnt get a person, got stuck on a callback list from the install department, and it would take days to get someone out because it had to be an install specialist. That routine took three times before fixing the unit.Then the foam insulation fell and caused and stalled the fan and caused a horrible noise. It took over a week to get someone to fix that issue and to this day, I never got a straight answer on whether the foam should have been removed in install or was supposed to stay in the ********* forward to today, we had our annual maintenance scheduled for mid-March, which they told us we needed for our warranty. The day before, after adjusting work and scheduled to accommodate, they called and said they had to reschedule. We rescheduled for May 1st. Today they called to say they had to reschedule again now telling my September 4th is the earliest they can come.These people do not care about their customers. We made a significant investment with them and have regretted it ever since.

    ***** to sell me repairs for my AC unit, and also to buy a new one. Had a second opinion diagnosis and was told I did not have repair issues nor did I need a new unit. The second company could have sold me on repairs or a new unit and was honest enough not to have done so.
