  UPDATE: I need to retract my previous review and give credit where it’s due.
  After sharing our frustrating experience, Semper Fi Heating and Cooling stepped up in a big way. Not only did they acknowledge the issue, but they also went above and beyond to make things right. Mistakes happen in any business… It’s how you respond that defines you. Some companies ignore the problem. Semper Fi did everything they could to fix it.
  They showed up, took ownership, and made sure our concerns were heard and addressed with professionalism and urgency. That kind of follow-through reflects the values their name stands for; honor, integrity, and accountability.
  As a veteran, I hold businesses, especially those serving the veteran community, to a high standard. I’m happy to say Semper Fi rose to meet it. We’re back to 5 stars.

  After one year of going through 3 outside units from Semper Fi, and after posting my last review we finally have the outcome we have been looking for. Terry at Semper Fi (a manager of the company) contacted us, he said, " lets replace the old unit and get you taken care of" Yesterday an install team (Tommy & Kevin) came out and found out what the issue had been all along and replaced the unit, but more importantly found out what had been causing the problem and fixed it. Although I have been critical of Semper Fi it seems that the instruction from the Manufacturer (Johnson controls) on how to wire the unit was incorrect. Tommy & Kevin recognized that the system was wired wrong at both the unit outside and in the attic. This caused the compressor to make that loud buzzing noise and eventually cause it to fail. They recognized it, rewired it (outside unit as well as attic unit) and now you can barely hear it running. We would like to thank them all for what they did for us. Tommy & Kevin; I thank Terry for sending you out, you guys are awesome, and very knowledgeable. The best!!

  I have been a satisfied Semper Fi customer since 12/20 when this veteran-owned company installed a new HVAC system. At that time I also enrolled in their protection plan. This month ******* performed my summer maintenance check, ***** returned to replace condenser parts poised for imminent ************* from the plumbing division quickly & effectively repaired 2 leaky toilet fill valves. All three techs were personable, professional, efficient and highly competent I highly recommend Semper Fi to provide excellent, ethical service without annoying high-pressure tactics.

  Semper Fi was able to come out and replace my old AC unit and interior equipment the day after I started having issues with it. All of my questions were answered immediately and they were so easy and friendly to work with from beginning to end. There literally was no evidence that they were working all day after they left because everything was cleaned up and hauled away. I highly recommend Semper Fi should you ever need anyone for your AC needs.

  Technician came out to do a follow up visit on some concerns. He was on time, very pleasant, and took the time to listen. He checked the ** unit to make sure it was performing properly and then discussed future options I will need to consider, as my unit is getting older and becoming inefficient. He did not pressure at all, just offered information that was relevant. A great service call!

  From start to finish, my experience was quick and easy, The staff were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Everything was smooth and ran right on schedule.
