    These people just don't know when to stop. They spam me with emails and phone calls dozens of times per week. I've asked them to take me off their telemarketing list, but apparently that made them redouble their efforts. Because of their aggressive hounding, I will never consider using their services or recommending them to anyone, and II will post negative reviews on every platform imaginable.

    1 star review ONLY because you cant continue without marking a star.Incompetent HVAC install and failure to accept accountability. Paid for a 3ton HVAC system into a mobile home to replace existing old unit. They failed to hook up the condensation pan drain hose properly, resulting in short circuiting of the controller board, blower motor and significant water damage to flooring. It took 45 days, and 5separate technicians to finally get the unit operational. Ultimately they took the necessary parts from another unit to get ours working. Plus we had no air during most of summer. The home was for sale and we lost several potential buyers due to the inoperable HVAC system. To date the flooring is still not repaired because Semper ************** has not accepted its responsibility for floor damages and has not approved the subcontractors repair proposal.Managements failure to properly train, supervise and accept responsibility for their staff is apparent. Management is more inclined to to blame another department rather than accept responsibility because their matrix, and subsequent bonuses, are impacted. Never mind that the consumer pays the ultimate price and is held hostage .

    Semper Fi is the most unethical company I have ever worked with and that says a lot when compared to national corporations like airlines and media ************** large corporations, their computer systems run the interaction with the customer and lack any personal contact and logic.They were not capable of providing an invoice for a $3000 **********, avoid and do not trust the shameful use of our military.

    2 weeks ago my upstairs bedroom was flooded because of an improperly installed air handler and water pan installed by Semper Fi. I contacted an emergency service company that came right out. They temporarily fixed the problem. The next day I contacted Semper Fi and asked them to fix my air conditioner because of the improper install. They sent some one out 4 days later to look at the problem. The tech said the line was not clogged ( that is because the first tech fixed it. The rusted water pan had not been sit right and water had pooled causing thousands of dollars in damage. The repair estimate was ****** for the air handler and thousands of dollars for the structural damage. I asked for the $3000.00 deductible that I have to pay and the air handler be replaced. Semper Fi never responded. The water pan was completely rusted out. I have a letter and pictures from the emergency HAVC person stating that Semper Fi installed the pan and unit incorrectly. I have records of the times Semper Fi came out and yet never fixed the real problem. Please be aware Semper Fi's work has cost me $1000.00's of dollars and they did not stand behind the work or products they sold me.

    I purchased a new AC unit from Semper Fi ******************************************* in May 2024 for $11,000, and it has already broken down three times. The worst failure left me without AC for a full week in August, when indoor temperatures reached 97. During that time, my children had to stay with their grandparents, and my wife and I had to rely on friends for help. I lost paid time off from work that I cant get back, plants in my home died, and I had to spend time away from my family to care for our animals. This entire situation caused my family and me significant stress and disruption to our daily lives.On top of this, every time I have asked to speak with a supervisor, I have never received a call back. Their scheduling practices are also unprofessional they give seven-hour service windows, yet technicians have shown up before the timeframe or arrived with no notification at all.What makes this even more disappointing is that I am a first responder and a veteran, and my wife is also a first responder. Semper Fi ******************************************* advertises and prides itself on taking care of veterans and first responders, yet in our case, we have received nothing but repeated failures, poor communication, and lack of accountability.For the price I paid, I expected reliability, professionalism, and respect for my familys service. Instead, I have been left frustrated, stressed, and without trust in this company. I want others to know about my experience before doing business with them.

    This is without a doubt the most dishonest and worst company i have ever dealt with. They are crooks, and are 100% fabricating issues to the poor people just looking for help with their HVAC in the brutal summer months. They will take advantage of the fact they are the only providers to come out late night and will spin lie after lie to to try to get you for thousands of dollars. They told me I needed $3000 in repairs right now or if i continued to run my AC my house would catch on fire, even if someone else came out to fix it. Well they are a** crappy of salespeople as they are morally correct humans and I knew I needed a second opinion. I asked for the quote, so I could compare with another company, they said they woudl said they never did becuase they knew they made all the issues up and didnt want me checking thier homework. I had another technicain from another company come out, told them what the Semper Fi HVAC Used Car Salesmen said and he laughed. THEY MADE IT ALL UP. NOT A SINGLE ISSUE THEY SAID WAS CRITICAL EXISTED AT ALL. This is honestly the worst of the worst type of people at Semper Fi, I dont care if youre just doing your job the exent to which you are taking advantage of desperate people who do not know better is nearly fraudulent. Respect yourself and your home and do not hire Semper Fi under any circumstance.

    I wanted to warn the public about this SEMPER *********** in ************ on *****************. I had some work done the end of June on my air conditioner and the prices that I was charged were extremely overpriced and the time that the Tech took to put in what he stated I needed took 15 minutes. I became concerned when he said I needed multiple parts replaced and the short amount of time it took him to put them in. I was charged a very large bundle price. I trusted this man and I trusted this company.I had a second opinion done and that company told me that most of the work that I was charged for did not need to be replaced as it was not having issues, in fact, it was in good working order per the inside and outside numbers that the tech had documented. I have tried for approximately five weeks now to discuss the issues and the concerns with senior management and no response no callback from even upper management. I filed a complaint with ************* as they were the ones that paid Semper Fi .The trust I had in this company that it was legitimate and charging me appropriately has been the cornerstone of my concerns and complaints and open dispute with **************. I finally got got through to a woman named ******, who actually escalated my concerns to ***************** on my behalf. She has been the only one that has listened to me and has addressed my concerns, professionally and appropriately to the proper people who can actually help. I have called this company repeatedly to discuss and sort this out and have had no luck in resolving the issue. I hope future people calling this office to set up an appointment are forewarned and really do their due diligence and monitor the tech to make sure they do what they said theyre going to do,explain each and every charge. My mistake was not going out to watch the tech put the parts in. I requested after pictures as I have no idea what people do. No pictures were provided after multiple requests!

    I purchased a new system from Semper Fi in October 2024. It is September 2025 now, and the system has yet to work properly...pretty much been miserable the whole summer!!! I've had a dozen service calls since my installation and still continue to have unresolved air flow issues. Techs are ok (some better than others) and office is professional but communication between them is lacking. The east end of my home has not had sufficient cooling since my system replacement. As of today, the unit which serves the east side of my house completely stopped working!!! Cannot wrap my head around how long this has been going on. Worst case of buyer's remorse I've ever had.

    Semper Fi ******************************************* is not just a bad company, they are outright crooks hiding behind a brand name that should mean integrity. What they pulled is nothing short of theft. They tried to rob me for just shy of $1,100 to swap out two cheap capacitors that retail for under $40 each and take less than an hour of labor. Which I told them I knew what the problem was. Thats not a mistake, thats deliberate fraud. Their sham rebates and discounts are nothing but bait-and-switch tactics to cover up their highway robbery. And when I confronted them, they admitted to overcharging me and promised a refund only to have the owner deny it later. That admission is a confession, they know exactly what theyre doing: ripping off hardworking people and hoping no one calls them on it.This company operates like a pack of vultures circling for their next victim. They prey on homeowners who may not know the true cost of parts and labor, and then line their pockets through predatory pricing and deception. Its disgraceful, its unethical, and its the very definition of fraud.If you want to set your money on fire, call Semper Fi. If you want honesty, professionalism, or basic decency, stay far away. They should be reported to consumer protection agencies, and every review site possible. Companies like this deserve to be exposed, blacklisted, and put out of business.Semper Fi ******************************************* is a joke operation. Dishonest, predatory, and completely untrustworthy. Avoid them like the plague.

    The technician ****** was very kind and managed to solve the problem. I thought it was a bit expensive just to replace a capacitor, but oh well, it had to be done. I do think they should improve the price a *******, where it all started was when the technician offered me the option to buy a new unit (which I already knew was due, given the age of the current one). They told me they had great specials and that for $15,000 they could install a new unit. I dont really know the market, so I discussed it with my wife and we decided to get different quotes to see who offered the best deal. We called three different companies, and none of them went over $10,000 all with similar prices and warranties, and obviously companies with high BBB ratings of 4.7 to 4.9, according to customer reviews.When the technician contacted us, we told him we had decided to go with another company that gave us a great price, warranty, and, most importantly, trust. His tone of voice immediately changed, and he told me he would see what he could do for me.Ten minutes later, he called back saying they had managed to make me another offer similar to the ones from the other companies. I thought to myself: how can you drop almost $6,000 in just 10 minutes? If you had given me that price from the start, you would have gotten the job. But doing business like that, youve already lost all my trust. I can no longer trust a company that from the beginning tried to take advantage of me, and who knows how many people have fallen for this kind of practice with this company.
