5 starsP I think the true value and quality of a company can be determined by how well they serve their customers over time. I very happy to say that Semper Fi is one of those companies that consistently meets or exceeds expectations. Over the past few years I've had the pleasure of a number of interactions with Semper Fi and their employees. Fortunately most have been for inspections and maintenance, but there have also been some necessary for repairs. Every instance has been a very good experience even when problem issues occur. I am really impressed at how Semper ******** up and takes responsibility for issues that pop up. Their honesty and effort are outstanding. Last week I had family friends using our condo for a vacation, they found that our a/c unit was not working. I called Friday night and the reception folks quickly arranged for a Tech to visit on Monday at a time convenient to our guests. ***** contacted me promptly Monday morning and was great at communicating with me every step of the process even though I was 2500 miles away. He was able to find the issue and resolve it, as well as recommend preventative measures going forward. He was honest, thorough and there was no pressure to purchase anything that wasn't necessary. It's nice to know that I can count on Semper Fi and it's employees to have my best interests in mind even when we can't be there. I trust Semper Fi and will not hesitate to recommend their HVAC services. Every visit leaves me satisfied, educated and confident that's something that earns respect and loyalty.

5 starsIve had tons of interactions with Semper Fi techs since they installed my new heat/AC system last year. Ive never had any issues with the system and they do a great job of calling to schedule regular maintenance for free. The technicians are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. 5 starsThe service technician was very courteous, professional, and on time. I felt he was very honest with me about my unit and didn't ptessure me to purchase a new unit.
