5 starsThe most professional tech's in the business.They really know there stuff and don't try to sell you stuff you don't need. When I needed a service call, they were quick getting here, efficient and had all the parts on the truck. There follow up yearly visits give me confidence that my system is in good shape. I would recommend them Highly.

5 starsWe had a yearly AC service performed by Semper Fi Heating and Cooling yesterday. ****, the Semper Fi technician was very professional and extremely courteous during the entire process. He noticed a wire connecting the external compressor/condenser unit to power had some damage caused by electrical overstress/shorting and promptly replaced the wire with new wire and connectors. Very satisfied with ****'s courteous and professional demeanor and his attention to detail while performing the inspection.Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC

5 stars1. I feel like a valued client, having received excellent service this year.2. My questions have been answered intelligently and clearly.3. Technicians value my time... arriving on time and letting me know in advance if there must be a delay.4. There has never been a pressure sales to pay for extra service. 5. They offer to help in personal ways, to check my thermostat, suggest lower cost filters that would reduce strain on the **** unit.6. Phone calls from the office are always pleasant, trying to find a date for my service. I am glad they call to remind me. 5 starsSemper Fi just came out last night to complete a tune-up/evaluation of my AC unit. They were great during scheduling of the visit (which we did via text), awesome availability to complete it (***** came out at 8pm), excellent communication throughout, and detailed explanation of what he found (showed me numerous photos) and options for maintenance, repair, and/or replacement. For a first-time experience, it was outstanding. I would definitely recommend giving Semper Fi a try.Semper Fi Heating and Cooling LLC
