5 starsWe had a new A/C unit package installed today by Semper Fi. There was alot of tough work involved in getting everything installed in tight spaces....a *************************************************************** our home layout. Our technicians ****************, **************** and ***** were so professional, caring and compassionate the entire day. They pointed out concerns when removing our old system, kept us advised throughout the day on their progress and were ultimately great people. Honestly, they were probably the best technicians we've been around, even with our project being alot of work. Just super friendly all day long. We felt fabulous at the end of the day, with our experience with these gentlemen and knew they were working hard to ensure everything was just right for us. Technicians like that, say alot about the quality of work that they provide to customers. Amazing experience and our new unit system is quickly cooling our home. Thanks alot guys!! 5 stars****** and his coworker were very nice guys. Very informative. Got the job done. Thank you for explaining things showing me things much much appreciated. Definitely would recommend them. 5 starsI purchased a maintenance program and they proactively reached out to me to ensure I was scheduled prior to the busy season. They also informed me about a complimentary assessment of my water heater. The technician was polite, thorough and efficient. He showed pictures to help me understand my equipment and his assessment.
