Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable once work on your project has commenced. If you decide to cancel your project before any work begins, please contact us immediately to discuss your situation. Any refund for a deposit, if applicable, will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Services Rendered: Fees charged for time and services already provided are non-refundable. As time is an invaluable and non-recoverable resource, refunds cannot be issued for work already completed.

Cancellations: If you choose to end our professional relationship after work has started, you will be responsible for the fees associated with the work completed up to that point. We are happy to discuss options for terminating the project if needed, but please note that any time spent on your project is not eligible for a refund.
