"I am paying for a vehicle that won’t even run, it’s been sitting in my yard since 2021, they won’t even talk with me about it any longer, the repairs that have been to the vehicle I paid for out of my pocket and there are so many recalls on this vehicle and they tell me that the oil it was using since the first week I bought it and the knocking in the motor doesn’t have anything to do with any recalls, I even had to have the catalytic converter fixed also, I believe it falls under the LEMON LAW but no one seems to think so at the dealership, I just don’t need my credit ruined! they have me backed in the corner and I am hoping the BBB will help me with this matter."
