    On January 1, 2021. I purchased a used truck from this business. At the point of sale, I also purchased GAP Insurance and a road side warranty. Both had cancellation periods within the first 60 days for full refund. When I insured my truck, my insurance provider gave me the same coverage an not additional cost. I contacted the carriers and was told I would need to cancel at Superior. I went to the dealership and was told to call back to speak to **** ******** I called him and told him I wanted to cancel these policies. I confirmed via email on February 2 my intent to cancel. On February 11, Brad emailed me a confirmation that he processed the cancel requests and it would take 6-8 weeks to process. On February 25, I called the policy providers and they stated they have received no paper work concerning my cancel request. I emailed Brad informing him of this. He emailed me back saying it is still "processing". After several emails still no refund for Nissan Platinum warranty

    I've purchased four trucks from superior. This last truck, will be the last. I wasn't paying attention and davarious, ( the finance guy ), added almost $10,000.00 in add ons to the price of the truck. I went back the next day to get it straightened out. And finally got the sales Mgr involved so I didn't have to pay sales tax on the add ons just to get the truck registered. It's been a month and a half and I'm still paying the added interest on the note. This is the worst experience I've had. In the past I did business with superior with a hand shake. I called again today and spoke to davarious, and now he said it could be 1 to 3 months before the financing will be straightened out. Except when I spoke to nissan acceptance, they had no information about my problem. Buyer beware. These people are not to be trusted
