    I am so disgusted with Spectrum mobile I had a problem with a phone that I had ordered and it was under warranty so I sent the phone back to them the phone I sent back to them the only thing that was wrong with it was charging port and then come to find out it was the charging cord for my phone and there was nothing wrong with the phone and when they sent me a new phone it wasn't even the same color that I had before they sent me a black one and then they charged me $954 for damages to my other phone which I sent it back in the same exact box with bubble wrap around it and they said it came back all scratched up and that phone was not scratched up when I sent it back to them do not ever order something with spectrum that you can't take back to a store and prove the condition that you give it back to them because they will steal your money

    Spectrum is a joke. Lied do from the sales team about being able to bring over a stand along Apple Watch. Once all my other devices were activated they told me the dont support stand alone watch service without a phone device. On top of that, they wouldnt reimburse the buyout program because the watch was not activated even though there is no way to activate it. ****, lies, lies

    Im a truck driver and I switch to spectrum from t-mobile Big mistake Spectrum service is worse of the worse I didn't expect that from spectrum I probably going to switch to other carriers Not recommended for anyone Bad Bad Bad

    Was told when we bring over our lines to spectrum mobile we would get $100 gift card for each line. We brought 3 lines over and was told our $300 **** gift cards should arrive 3 weeks after we switch. 4 months later still no gift cards, called to check the status and was told it should be any day. 4 weeks after still no gift cards. Called and was transferred to 5 different managers and was told they will get it fixed and will send them out to be transferred a 6th time for a supervisor to tell me that we are not eligible for the gift cards even though we were before we signed up to switch to make sure we were going to get what we was promised. Don't let false promises and advertisement scam you.

    They offer a buyback program and they did not honor my buy back from ******** I lost $1000 that they promised when I transferred over because they did not clearly communicate policy that is NOT listed in terms and conditions. I was able to transfer two line and activate a third line within 30 days that is listed under eligibility and getting started on this website. I also got an email about their terms and conditions which I'm compliant with. *********************************************************************************************************************************************************. I was unable to receive a third phone/line and they automatically cancelled my order. They stated since the two orders were not within 7 days I'm not eligible but nowhere listed in the public websites, emails, or mentioned to me over the phone. This is absurd and a big financial setbacks I was not expecting. This company employees are predetermined to not help. Bad company but unfortunately it's a monopoly in my area.

    If I could leave negative star reviews I would. Just a PSA to anyone on the fence about Spectrum- DONT DO IT. They are scammers. Charged me $500 for a phone that was damaged when returned, however the actual iPhone box was still sealed and never opened. They are refusing to refund me, and its impossible to speak to a supervisor apparently. Thats a whole lot of money for a phone I never laid eyes on.

    HORRIBLE! The worst I have EVER SEEN! They allowed a customer to access their company's computer (billing area). This "customer" made unauthorized changes to my account where I was UNABLE to send and receive telephone calls (although I thought she was an employee due to her accessing the business computer, she was NOT)! I am a senior citizen, I NEED to carry a cell phone in case of an emergency. After this customer accessed my account, I was NOT able to send and receive emails OR text messages on my cell phone (and still havn't for several months)! Being a senior citizen, I NEED a working cell phone for my own safety! Spectrum refuses to address the issue. Also, I wanted to keep my cell phone number that I have had for many years. They were unable to do that or transport my phone number that I have had for many years. I am a senior citizen and THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT US! The WORST company I have come across! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE (I KNOW what customer service is as I did telephone support for various companies (mostly large law firms) for MANY years. This is NO way to run a business or to treat your customers! I just want to keep my cell phone number that I have had for YEARS! I am a senior citizen and having a working cell phone can be the difference between life and death! Truely upset that Spectrum allowed a non-employee to access their computer system (that is a breach of privacy)! Check your bills and money, folks! Who knows what else could happen! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED IN SPECTRUM MOBILE and their blantent internet leaks! They desparately NEED to hire a computer security company to ensure their accounts are not being stolen. Trust lost forever!

    I have had spectrum mobile for a little over 2 years. First cable and internet, then 3 phones and an iPad. I pay for insurance thru them incase any of my devices get damaged, $100, and they overnight a replacement. My phone fell out of my pocket and broke about 6 weeks ago. I pay the deductible, they send me a "new" phone, and it doesn't work. It's locked to a different carrier I find out after 11 days. I had no phone for 11 days. I missed so much work it's going to take me the whole summer to get back on track. After all the games I contact customer service and let them know I expect my phone bill to be taken care of for me this month since I wasn't able to be contacted about jobs. They offer me a $39.99 credit. My phone bill monthly is $250. Big mistake switching to these guys. I've been a loyal paying customer going on 3 years now, and I wish there was a way to get out of this contract. I am very unhappy

    Firstly, the service is ok. Not excellent, but ok and certainly cheaper than other options. However, trying to do anything on their site or via their online support is nothing but a joke. I tried to purchase a new phone and the site got stuck in loading mode. The first attempt at chat was via a chatbot which got caught in a loop until I "yelled" at it and it put me to a "person " ******** 1 who had to transfer me to mobile ******** 2 (I'm thinking a better trained AI, but ok whatever). Got the order going and at first, the price she gave me was ****** for a ****** phone. When I questioned the cost, she said it was ****** with tax. I said ok to proceed. Then she proceeded to send me agreement after agreement to review and state whether or not I agreed...these are very long...but I do not agree to anything I don't read, period. At the fourth one and and hour and a half after starting to try to buy a phone, she disconnected me because I apparently didn't respond quickly enough. When I pit yes agree into the chat a whole different agent was on and started all over. I disconnected at that point. It was seriously like they are doing everything in their power to not sell something. Perhaps that's why the service keeps going up? A simple phone purchase outright and not a month to month for an existing customer should have taken 5 minutes or less. I wasted an hour and a half and still ended up going to *******. What a joke.
