    "Check your phone" system falsely says my phone is incompatible with their service in ******************************************** 2024 and the manufacturer saying they were compatible with Spectrum's network.

    Complete incompetency from sales to tech support. I've been on Spectrum Mobile for just under 3 weeks and their entire 4g network is worthless. I have little to no connection all over my home town and have done every troubleshooting step with tech support and still no resolve to the issue. Several times I've been told by tech support that I am not even registered on the network, to then only have them walk me through a janky attempt to troubleshoot. Several times tech support has disabled my phone attempting to reset an Esim when i clearly state that I have no wifi to connect to for the process. This has left me with a useless phone until i can manage to get ahold of someone in tech support with half a brain to realize what has happened. during all of this still my phone will show 4 to 5 full bars of service and 4g service but i cant stream music or video, cant access internet or send texts. I will be closing all accounts with ********************** and looking to take my internet, cable, landline and mobile phone services else where.

    Spectrum Mobile retail staff in ****************** store in fron of ****** were very disrespectful and rude. I was told by them when I asked for help that they were retail only and did not have to help me retrieve my prior phone's data. THeir very odd person waiting on me kept talking to herself and had trouble with everything. I asked her to stop doing that as I could not tell if she was speaking to me. The other retail girl came to her aid and called my rude and that i should not speak like that. I left with a working phone but with no data. They tole me to go to GMAIL to back it up but would not give me directions as to how to do it. I AM SWITCHING TO T-MOBILE. I don't deserve their attitudes.

    This company has lied to me AGAIN. I bought my mom a cellphone through Spectrum and and was told that I would be billed through autopay $5.00 per month. Everything went fine until today when my autopay was charged from $5.00 to $35.00 I called and was told "The $5.00 charge was for a promotion." I tried reasoning with them but it fell on deaf ears. NEVER trust this company because all they do is run one scam after another. Every 3 months my mother receives a $40.00 charge for "Streaming" yet she has Roku and doesn't even know what "Streaming" is. I call Spectrum, explain that she doesn't nor has she ever streamed anything. They apologize, remove the bogus charge yet within 2-3 months they do it again. I believe they prey on the elderly hoping that they won't notice and pay anyway.

    Spectrum Mobile charged me for mobile phone service that was never activated. I signed up, but they never assigned me a phone number, and I was never able to use the service, not even for one day.For over two months, I tried contacting their support. I eventually gave up and agreed to pay only $5/month for internet standby mode. Despite that, they added me to the billing system and are trying to collect over $160 for mobile service that I never received.Their support is practically nonexistent. They removed all email addresses, and phone support is unhelpful. After posting a public review, they responded with generic links to ******** and *******, asking me to message them but those links do not work and lead nowhere.This behavior feels fraudulent and disrespectful. *** already filed a complaint with the *** and will consider further legal steps if necessary. Companies like this should not be allowed to operate without real accountability.

    Spectrum mobile customer service and customer warranty is deplorable having been a customer of theirs for several years in good standing, the one time that I need or use my warranty, I am scammed. They are rude. Unprofessional and self-serving

    BAIT & SWITCH - on cell plans. RUN from these guys ---told would buy out old contract made payment on old and then Spectrum had issues getting all cells up and activates and E-sim cards and IME numbers. went to store 7 x each an issue and zero follow through ultimately had to get manager involved seemed unconcerned zero follow through ultimately THEY DENIED the credit for the pay backs due to " time expired" due to zero fault of our own and 100% on them. We stared October 2024 left them May 2025 horrible.. The Spectrum staff girl whom tried to help us was excellent left them.....

    Where to start. So I got the Internet and a phone plan thru spectrum. Then I added my son to my plan for unlimited 30 a month for his line cool! Everything was fine til a couple months ago. Never missed a payment never paid late. I get online to see when the bill was due and I had a bill from ***** a month for both phones to ******. I have every receipt for every month. Called and spoke to them and they couldn't figure it out at first then they said back in January that I disputed a payment which showed I paid the bill but then my bank cancelled payment and took it. what? First of all I never disputed any of it and second I pay with cash app card so what bank? Never showed one time online when I paid my bill that there was a disputed charge from back in january. I have the receipts I never got any money put back into my account but had to pay it or lose my service. It don't matter what proof you have he said because I disputed it which I ******** I had to pay it and still do not know where the monthly payments went too plus the ***** charge and this went on from January. I am so ****** right now at them it's ridiculous. Now the same thing is happening with my internet! Do not use Spectrum. That money never came back to my account like they said and how can a bank or anyone take back a payment after you were given a receipt showing it was paid grrrr

    Spectrum technical support is practically non-existent and it provides no way of changing the number of rings for incoming calls on phones without this setting available. ******* tech support said it was Spectrum that controlled the number of rings. In the past I was able to get Spectrum tech support to fix this but after half a year it defaults back to a few rings before going to voicemail. Basically my phone is practically not functional for incoming calls and Spectrum is no longer willing to fix this.
