"I am currently a customer and they are charging me more for the mobile service every time I pay it they say im a month behind and I sent them proof I am not a month behind and won't move my update my billing due date to the correct month I have proof and so do they and I love using them but keep charging for the same month twice is a rip-off then when u don't pay it after you already paid it they cut your phone off and say you owe and you tell then you're not and always go against the customer even though you have proof and sent them proof they are a bunch of lying thieving company"
