    I have had spectrum for a few years now, and never had an issue. The hurricane came and took out the mainline to the Internet and my neighborhood. The line happens to sit along my fence. A technician came out a week after the incident occurred and said he would have to send someone else. A few days later I called and they said the ticket showed it had been fixed. I said quite the contrary, I have this huge line laying on my fence line where I need to replace my fence. They said oh that was our error and shouldve never happened. We will send somebody out and expedite it. Expediting meant waiting another week for them to send somebody out. Six phone calls and its now day ******************************************** my yard where my fence needs to be. Not to mention all the incompetent people , that work for spectrum no one knows what they are talking about or what to do. This is very disappointing spectrum. I have now canceled my service and will no longer be a spectrum customer ever again. Now come get your wire off my property that is blocking me from replacing my fence that was blown down. Not making things better after 2 huge hurricanes.

    I can only use my phone on WiFi. I cant open maps, texts, calls anything the literal second Im off WiFi. So I call to figure out what is wrong, and somehow they increased my bill without telling me AAAAAND not only that but I cant even pay it because Im not the sole owner of the account. What a fn waste of my time and money. Charter/Spectrum has been nothing but a waste of my fn time. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY PITCH TO YOU

    Spectrum misled me on their mobile plan. They said I could use a phone for about $6 a month and no charge on the service. What they DIDN'T tell me is that if I kept the mobile service after a year, thr price would go to about $40 per month AND if I dis continued thr service, I would have to pay the FULL cost of the phone. I returned the phone in just one day, but they STILL charged me $50 for restocking!!

    FRAUD.. the employees or somebody is ripping people off. Study your bill carefully. I started service may 22. I paid for activation and service on three lines and purchased a phone and paid activation service and phone taxes. I paid the first full month in advance which was for JUNE. My billing due dates are the 12th of each month. Remember I paid June already so my next bill July to August due July 12 th ******. Then August to September due August 15th for some reason ****** my sept to October due sept 12th ******. But spectrum says my June to July bill that was due July 12. That would imply they charged me for June. I already paid June when I started service. If that were the case June 12would have been my due date for June to July bill. Now they are saying I owe oct ****** thats saying im paying Oct to November which is not true. They said when I paid sept I was paying August to sept. FRAUD

    This is long but please read before u think about spectrum mobile. We came in to spectrum with a promotion. Move 3 lines and they would pay for the remaining balance up to 1000 on existing phones from the previous company we had. Well we took it. When it came time to upload the bill it wouldn't let me do it kept hitting error. I called right away and they told me with the high volume of calls they would open a ticket. Well weeks passed and I got no call. I saw they had a phone on sale so I traded my phone. No one from spectrum told me this would cancel out my promotion I was told more than once it wouldn't. Well 30 days came and went and they never called me. I called back and they said my promotion would be extended because no one has called well it was a lie come to find out the cancelled out my promotion with out letting me know I'm out $1,200 dollars thanks to spectrum stay away from this company they r not good they will definitely lie to u ! Do not do not come to this company the service is also horrid.they tell you one price for ur bill included mine 50 dollars more then what was said !!!! Stay away stay away.

    Personally we had them 4 years and we got random charges. Every time I called I would have to be transferred to multiple departments with long wait times. I was hung up on, the instant chat feature was spotty and the call would "drop" when disputing a bill. We canceled our service because my wife's phone stop working. We called and no one was able to figure out the problem. We were on vacation and had to wait two weeks to switch providers. After we switched providers we are still getting charged. They refused to talk to just one of us because I have an account with the Internet that is tied to her account on the phone. I am switching **************** to a more expensive provider just for the fact that I feel it is disrespectful the way they handle business. I feel they had extra fees and charges and ignore when you cancel their service to squeeze everything but of money possible. I don't see how their business practices are legal.

    I ordered an iPhone 15 pro online. Opened it and it was too small. Never activated or used the phone. I tried to return it to the store the same day within hours of receiving it. They would not accept because it was ordered online. I called spectrum to get a return label while purchasing another iPhone at the store. Spectrum said there would be a $50 restock fee, which I agreed to pay. The return label was never received, I waited over the weekend and called again for a third request for return label. Two weeks later my account is charged $500 for damages to the device. I called and they send me a picture of a scratched phone screen. They would not refund my money saying that their charge is legit for damages. The phone was never used or even activated. I was never informed of the charges or their claim prior to the charge, they just took my money out of my account.

    Every other internet service has been restored since the storm. Spectrum hasnt even been to this town since the storm! No updates or estimate time for when someone will be sent out to get these lines all off the ground. Just pray no kids run back there, but of course spectrum doesnt care about that. Its like they dont care about their customers or understand that most things only work with internet service. Im not understanding why the internet only works after 12 am and stops around 9:30 in the morning. Its not making any sense at all. Before the storm the connection is not good either. Be lucky to have service in most places! **** half works also. When you talk to customer service its like they dont even care about helping you fix the problem.

    They are the absolute worst!! Lie to get you to sign up, promise money for phone buy backs from other companies but wait until they have taken your money for the switch to their service before telling you its actually a reimbursement program not a buy out plan so you the customer must fork out a ton of money up front to prior carrier and then obtain just the perfect receipt in the format Soectrum requires and you might within a month or two get your money back!! Whole experience has been one disaster after anotherso far have paid them $405 along with paying T-Mobile $834 for the phones spectrum claimed they would pay off for me and I still dont have all the service I was promised and my Apple Watch doesnt work now either!!! ******** company !

    Trash, they lied about the price, and on top of that I called them 10 times to change my address and they couldn't seem to do it. Spectrum mobile needs to try and hire some competent employees.
