    I recently returned a device unopened and with in the return window to not be charged a restocking fee. Was I charged the restocking fee? Of course I was. The representative stated that the seal was broken upon return after I didnt even open the box. All I did was get a return label put on the box and sent it back. Whoever works at the warehouse should be held accountable.

    I have Spectrum for internet, tv and Mobile. First two are OK. Mobile *****. Just got a new phone with them. The deal the sales person presented was NOT what I ended up with. Took 2 months of numerous calls to sort through all the *** only to be told the sales person didn't understand the promotion he offered me. TIP: I guess we have to record those conversations now. To their credit, every customer service person I spoke with, and there were lots, was understanding and tried to be helpful. But when they went up the ladder to try to fix my problems, "LEADERSHIP" said no. During this time I went to ****** and had NO PHONE SERVICE! Called Spectrum on a friend's phone and they couldn't fix it. Said to call them when back in the US. Not helpful. I will be changing my phone carrier.

    I purchase a ******* galxy from spectrum, the same tha samsumg arrived, I went to an spectrum store for help to activate., the spectrum agent told me that he can't help me because my Iphone was not compatible with my new samsumg galaxy,, I have an Iphone. I whent home and called Spectrum an agent nicely, patiently try to help me, I was sad I really like the phone but I called for return, they help me because it was couple of days that I had the phone. and I think they give 14 days. Today March 20, 2024 I got and e-mail saying that the phone was scrached on the glass. and that they will not goig to accepted and that I need to pay for the ******* phone. I was indignated the phone was protected at al the times I take pictures , before sending the phone, which I provide to spectrum via e-mail, the agent on the phone told me that unfortunately there were nothing us to do than pay the phone, I asked what happened to phone she said, well we keep, since is damage, customeres do not wanted any more. ! I said thats a robery, so you just tell the customer of damages and keep the phone and the custormer pay? escalationg agent. came to the phone, she said that the phone reach first the shop, different hands other than mine, she sais well you can complaint to the post office tha's the first step, I said the telephone was warp in boble plastic, I and took pictures before sending, she said ho maybe the bubble wrap scrached the phone what ? I said is was in a box. she said the shop uses an special light to se if the item has scratches, so I purchased and insurance, and I know that it has a fabric garanty. she said well, you need to wat for a couple of days for us to received the photos of the damages, I said so I got the e-mail that I have to pay the phone ,I am scare about what is going to happen to me. ******

    Spectrum Mobile will charge you for a phone you don't have and not tell you. Then, one day a bill collection agency will call you and you will be forced to pay $500. Do not sign up with their mobile service.And, absolutely understand that if you order a phone from them, you will have to pay for it if you open the box. Does not have to be used or touched. Just open the box and you are stuck with paying for it.

    Service is bad in areas I previously had good service with another provider. Also, be very cautious if you travel out of the country. They will send you a message telling you the rates for text, calls, and data but what they do not tell you is that even if you physically go in and turn off all your mobile data and go to each specific app in your settings and turn it off there as well, you will still get charged for international pings because they can not verify that you turned it off. Came back home from a cruise with $135 in roaming charges and didnt even use my **** internet/data! **************** will not do anything cause well, they sent a message with the rates!!! What do the rates matter if you dont use it! If its not used it shouldnt be charged!! Highly upset!

    Do not sign up for mobile service with spectrums current $700 promotion. I traded in my S22 plus and was suppose to get a total of $930. That did not happen. Service also ***** and I can't put my ******* watch on a mobile line. At the end of the day I feel like they used bait and switch tactics to get me to switch to their mobile services. Now I am stuck with their service. As soon as I can I will switch back to T-mobile for internet and mobile. I suggest anyone reading this stay far away from spectrum. This company has zero integrity.

    Affordable options, great promo deals, decent service coverage at least in ***, haven't tried using it anywhere outside of the city. **************** is A+, anytime I've had to call in they have been super kind, informative and well versed in their position. I recently purchased a phone directly from spectrum and the phone shipped quickly, got a huge trade in credit and will be paying about $12/ month for 3 years for a brand new S24 Ultra which is $1200 + retail. Mobile services do have to be set up on autopay so just need to be careful to to ensure the fund are there but otherwise I have had their service for nearly a year and have yet to find a single thing to complain about.

    How in the world does a company still exist with all of these issues and 1 star reviews? They are a sham and a scam. I called to cancel my mobile service after horrible - the worse mobile service I've had. Slow internet, disconnections. I called to cancel, and the person taking my call did not note my cancellation. I continued to be billed, two months after I had another service. They have a record of my call but they claim the person did not enter into the computer that I called to cancel. I already had new service, pulled their SIM from my phone. Why would I be calling them? Spectrum mobile is dysfunctional like no other company.

    I disconnect to my service and still being charged for 60 days. That I wasn't even with them. I can't believe I was with this company for 4 years. I thought I can call him and dispute. The charge that left me with the appointment, regretting that I gave him 4 years. I feel like I let them disrespect me for the contribute how to treat their customer. It breaks my heart. I will never, ever. We'll come back to spectrum. And anybody would ask **** have nothing kind to say about thexcept return the money that you stole from my account

    One star is too much. Be careful doing business with spectrum mobile. Got their service and bought an iPhone but t the service was terrible. Decided to cancel service and returned the device. Less than a week with their device and they decided I returned it damage , of course they do not refund what I paid instead they charge me $400 !!! The device was in perfect condition . Unless they sell me the devise in bad condition and I did not notice it. Please keep away from them. Never order online go to store that way you can fight you rights.
