    Terrible service with even worse customer service. I was told it can take 5 days for my new cell phone to work when switching from ******** When I was tired of waiting for my phone to work, I went back to ******** So, I sent my brand new phone back to Spectrum and they charged me over $500 saying my phone was damaged. I talked with a manager as this was a brand new phone and there was zero cares given. Worst company I have ever worked with!

    Absolutely terrible company. They are so big and the only provider in some area that they feel they can treat people however they wish. Tried to sign up for Spectrum Mobile, ordered 3 phones and new lines. All processed with no problem, charges to my debit card processed no problem. I then get an email there was an issue and they needed to verify identity. I talk to fraud **** who verified my identity. Then I take day off work when ***** notified me the devices were scheduled for delivery and a signature was required. An hour later I find out Spectrum had contacted ***** and told them to return the package to them. I contact Spectrum and they confirmed the request but would not tell me why and refused to refund my payment until they got the phones back from the shipper ******** Complete and total bs, they are holding onto my money, haven't provided the devices I ordered and paid per the agreement, and on top of that they refused to transfer me to someone who could provide more information. Can't stand Spectrum, they need to be knocked off their high horse and told they can't treat people however they want.

    I been with this company for about 5 yrs and I had a credit limit of **** last year I wanted to use that credit for my iPhone ************************** that I have to pay full price for the phone now when I ask them to use my credit they say I dont have one when I know it was on there this the only reason why I wouldnt recommend no one one to they mobile service they take your limit away and dont know why or when

    Spectrum **************** and Management are horrible. I tried to switch in a bundle deal. Could not install cable so I canceled. Per the Charter rep I sent new phones back with return label. Apparently they are saying that label was for my trade in phones. So I do not have the phones, never had there service and they are trying to charge me over $1000.00 for phones. This is after I had paid $621.00 to clear this mess up. Was totally lied to!!

    #spectrum This is a nightmare that you must read about. Do not do business with spectrum mobile! I decided to trade in my iPhone for a new Galaxy Z fold. I called spectrum and asked how much trade in allowance I would recieve. The representative ignored me and told me that it is best to keep the iPhone . This was verified when Spectrum personnel listened to the original sales call. I went to the Spectrum store to activate my new phone and was told that I was supposed to get a $ ***** rebate. I called customer service who told me that the only way to receive the rebate was to cancel the transaction and send their device back to them. I returned the Galaxy and went to the Spectrum store to get a new phone this time rebate included. They told me that I needed to make a down payment once again. Another $232 ! ?They told me , dont worry because within 30 days itll come back to you because you ?already paid it. ? Today I received my new Zfold. . As soon as I signed for it ? an $852 charge was deducted from my PayPal account. ?When I asked why ? they told me that the phone That I sent back was damaged. It was a brand new phone!! No damage ! $464 in down payment money and $852 in non existent damage charges for a total of $1,316 has been deducted from my account ! I am returning the new phone and I am cancelling all service with Spectrum. I am out over $1300 and still no Zfold Please do not do business with spectrum !

    Told me my wife's phone wasn't compatible with their network, even though we were on ******* and they use the ******* network. Promised me a $107 credit on my wife's phone. I got the phone info off the ******* app. Turns out to be wrong. So they cancel the credit, pocket the $107, and send the phone back. And no, they won't renew the offer with the correct phone model. And then I had 2 phone outages in a month. Once I had to borrow a neighbor's phone to call them. The second time I had to REMOVE THE *** CARD to make it work again. Never happened in 20 years with *******.

    I call to change my card # on file and when I hang up they instantly charge me on the phone card #. I was told it was switched and they card is off the account. Having to suspend a phone every 90 days until I pay it off when it was stolen is ridiculous. Not being able to pay separately on different cards for different lines on the same plan is RIDICULOUS. Especially when your customer service tells me its ridiculous as well and your working on the system to make that happen. There is no system to spectrum this is one of many problems I have with your line Im getting texts constantly you are out of service. And your cable LAGS. Switching services ASAP. DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

    They said it was free service for a year and yet they keep billing me and even took money off my card. I have to call in every month for refund and for them to fix my bill. Don't go with them it is a waste of time

    Be very careful with there sales people that are very dishonest and will do everything they can to rip you off and they lie. Careful with this company they teach the sales people to do the scams they do.
