    One star is too much. Be careful doing business with spectrum mobile. Got their service and bought an iPhone but t the service was terrible. Decided to cancel service and returned the device. Less than a week with their device and they decided I returned it damage , of course they do not refund what I paid instead they charge me $400 !!! The device was in perfect condition . Unless they sell me the devise in bad condition and I did not notice it. Please keep away from them. Never order online go to store that way you can fight you rights.

    Not even worth one star! The worst service and customer service ever! Scammers! They verbally lie making promises that they do not keep. They took my IPhone 11 in for trade-in in December, ******************************** the $217 credit that they promised. Today is March 6, 2024! They keep telling me what I want to hear but never deliver. They told me a check was in the mail on 1/11/24 but I never received it. They are crooks and should be stopped! I have filed complaints with the ******** of ******** Services and others. Now a Spectrum supervisor, ************************* called and said I would receive the credit in my April bill. After this call, I received an email stating the credit was going to be spread out over 36 months at only $6.03 per month! Are they kidding! Of course, she did not mention that over the phone. Do they think I want to stay with their crappy service for 3 years. This is just the mobile service. Don't get me started on the Internet and TV service. Always buffering or going out. I have had to bring equipment back to store to get new equipment that does not work either. We were told to buy ******* TV's by one technician, so we did, only to have another technician tell us that was not a good brand to purchase. He told us to go buy Roku's for all the TV's and the problems would go away. We did and the problems did not stop. Are you kidding me. Several service technicians have come to our home and they all tell us different stories as to what the problem is, but the problems just continue. Now they say the wiring is bad for us only and our neighboring condos are ok. Their communication is terrible. They were supposed to call and set up a time to run new wires through our neighbors attics and ours but never called and just showed up one morning this week to do it when the neighbors were not even home. We have reached the end of our rope with Spectrum and encourage people to stay away from Spectrum!!!

    Spectrum Mobile boasts no contracts or hidden fees, but this is a complete lie. Honestly, Ive had zero concerns with my Spectrum Mobile until last evening with my poor experience with customer service. Using the at your fingertips mobile app for Spectrum which they encourage you to use, I was able to chat with 3 employees who kept referencing a 60-day policy that was never disclosed to me. I was told by ****** to pay my husbands new phone off and then I could transfer it to ******** This was also false because they lock you in with the 60-day policy thats hidden. Even though I own the phone outright now, they are able to lock it for 60 days so you are unable to switch carriers if you want to. Since spectrum had already generated a transfer pin for me, the ********************** phone was sent to ******* and unable to be unlocked. Because I paid for the phone, I was then out $595.01 and then had to pay an additional $20 fee to reactivate the phone with spectrum even though it was never successfully transferred to another carrier. I was told by ****** in writing that the $20 would be reimbursed only to find out from someone named ***** in billing that he cannot reimburse me because its clearly stated in the policy that, again, was never disclosed to me. There is ZERO customer service and the customer is definitely NEVER right with **********************. I will be switching back to ******* once the 60-days are up. I also have screenshots of all of this because it is that unbelievable!

    Spectrum internet and Mobile is the worst scam. Its been 6 months they scammed me with Mobile device which they said its free phone and now I am being billed and charged for the phone never activated. Now being charged for the device. Dont ever sign for this horrible spectrum c*** s***

    Data download/upload speeds are consistently garbage. Not sure if its because theyre piggybacking on *******s network and ******* is doing the throttling or whats going on.All I know is that Im literally wasting a huge percentage of my data allotment reloading pages that consistently lock up mid-load.As far as overall performance goes, Id give zero stars if that was an option.

    Choppy service call dialed are not guaranteed. People calling get messages such person not accepting calls etc. Wi-Fi works only occasionally. Away from Wi-Fi no service

    After switching to Spectrum Mobile, I cannot get internet service on my mobile phone once I leave my home!I went to their store to switch my internet service and they offered me a deal if I switched my Mobile service, so I agreed. Once I switched service I noticed I could not access the internet when away from home. I called and got nowhere, then I decided to go back into a retail store. The rep messed with my phone for quite some time, but couldn't fix the issue and said he had no clue why I can't get internet outside my home.He suggested buying a new phone from them. I told him I switched to save money, not spend more money and that I don't need a new phone.A couple weeks later I decided to go back to the store and ask for a Mgr. thinking maybe the Mgr. will have more knowledge and be able to fix the issue. He also messed with my settings,etc. on my phone for a good ***** minutes, then said he can't figure it out, but suggested I buy a new phone. REALLY? I said to him I don't want to buy a new phone and left.This past week I started having another issue with my ************** when leaving my home. My calls will not connect and it says something about not being able to connect to the mobile network, that I need wifi calling or something like that. I have no idea what is going on, but it's a very precarious situation if I can't make calls when I'm away from my home.I decided to dig around online and look for information and maybe some reviews hoping to find some useful information. I came across a site that allowed me to enter my IMEI number to see if my phone is compatible with Spectrum service. It is NOT! Now wouldn't you think the rep that talked me into switching would have check to make sure my phone was compatible??? Wow! How low can they go? Are they that desperate to make a sale? It's beyond pathetic and after reading these reviews, I can see I am not the only one who has had a horrible experience after switching mobile service to Spectrum.

    Very unprofessional service. They cancelled my krder after the tradein ince they receive the device. Then asked me to start another process which I did and the device was supposed to be received within 2 business days. More than a week I didn't get any response and when I speak to the (RUDE) customer service they said it's in further verification process process for a week and it's been more than a month almost I didn't get my device and also I lost my old device in the name.of trade-in. ******** care agents are toooo rude and not ready to listen anything and disconnected the call while I was very polite and just wanted to know the status of my order.

    This company cannot handle basic operations and getting anything done is frustrating and extremely time consuming. How this company is in business is beyond me. From start to (soon to be) finish - worst experience with a company I have had yet. STAY AWAY AND BUYER BEWARE!
