    If you move out of Spectrums coverage area and keep mobile service you loose any promotions you may have. My bill jumped $60 a month for 3 phones. My alternative option is paying $1600 to buy my phones and change providers.

    Spectrum mobile is a joke after 4 years of continuous payment pay and thousands of dollars in devices I now have a allowance on how many lines I can upgrade when no where on there sight does it say you have to pay a down payment of half or the whole device on there site now Im going to have to 3 phone lines but only one working phone unless I want to buy **** dollar device when they are advertising iPhone 15 at 27 a month

    Their internet is awful. Their dispatcher people are rude. I have been trying to get my internet repaired for over 1 week and nothing. I upgraded the service and the quality is awful! I need to replace the crapy service because my life was terribly disrupted because of their poor service and customer service.

    So I bought 2new iPhones and 15 and a 15 plus. When I opened the box I seen that the regular 15 was too small. I never took it out of the box. I closed the box and sent that phone back to spectrum. Today I get an email that they are refunding me minus the $50 fee and a $400 fee for scratches. I dont know how scratches happen but it wasnt from me. I never took it out of the box. I asked customer service if it is possible that they either sent me a scratched device or could it have been scratched from the person at spectrum that received it? I also asked that they just send me back the phone that I paid for. They said that it was impossible and also said that there is nothing they can do. I just got ripoff and there is nothing I can do.

    Worst company ever! The customer service ***** they are very incompetent or I should say just stupid and the supervisor isnt any help they are just as dumb! I would advise not using this service unless you like dealing with stupid people who **** you off and over charge you. They caused a problem and they dont want to fix it!

    Too much to tell about their service abroad. Hanging up on you while abroad, disrespectful, giving me one price before leaving to the ********, then sending a text with a different price after you arrive and that price is what they stick with even though we were given a different price. Some of their reps agreed with me and yet supervisors never call. They say a request for a call back was never left. Yet I asked for a call back.Do yourself a favor, go with a professional company. I got better service and a better deal with another company. If I can give it a zero I would.

    I have nothing nice to say about this company! I tried to get them to write off an iPhone that I purchased for my son who passed away in another state. I tried telling that I have no way to retrieve his phone. They said that the only way they would write it off is if I was the one who was dead. In addition, I had a free line, which one of the 10 people that I spoke with wiped out (when the conversation was about the iPhone cost) I never asked that my free line be deleted from my account and when I said I wanted it back, they decided to charge me for it. I can't begin to tell you how stupid these people are. If you don't anticipate any issue-good luck. If something happens then consider yourself screwed.

    The worse ever. The representatives are not on accord with information. Illegally charges tax on Illegal restocking fee. They do not honor the commitment and promises. Will do anything to keep your money. Do not trust them.

    I purchased a iPhone 13pro from here. Did the contract of 2 yrs. They offered a small $10 discount if you have internet but once i moved and no longer needed it my bill went back up $10 dollars. What they do not tell you up front but hide in there wording is that there billing is done in the rears so you are never ahead on billing. The fact my bill was already generated for September they did not acknowledge my phone being paid off prior to the billing date. So even though I paid the Iphone itself off early they still took out my full payment and do not ******* as 2 payments for my phone because the initial payment for my phone and my plan are to be $96.67 every month. No one can tell me where my extra payment went because there is no credit on my account and my October bill is showing full amount just for service.
