    Told me my wife's phone wasn't compatible with their network, even though we were on ******* and they use the ******* network. Promised me a $107 credit on my wife's phone. I got the phone info off the ******* app. Turns out to be wrong. So they cancel the credit, pocket the $107, and send the phone back. And no, they won't renew the offer with the correct phone model. And then I had 2 phone outages in a month. Once I had to borrow a neighbor's phone to call them. The second time I had to REMOVE THE *** CARD to make it work again. Never happened in 20 years with *******.

    I call to change my card # on file and when I hang up they instantly charge me on the phone card #. I was told it was switched and they card is off the account. Having to suspend a phone every 90 days until I pay it off when it was stolen is ridiculous. Not being able to pay separately on different cards for different lines on the same plan is RIDICULOUS. Especially when your customer service tells me its ridiculous as well and your working on the system to make that happen. There is no system to spectrum this is one of many problems I have with your line Im getting texts constantly you are out of service. And your cable LAGS. Switching services ASAP. DONT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

    Be careful, I got a call from spectrum mobile about the promotion on spectrum bill. I was told I have to pay for it with Target gift card.After****$ worth of gift cards,I was told promotion was not available.I waited **** dollars!Be careful!

    They said it was free service for a year and yet they keep billing me and even took money off my card. I have to call in every month for refund and for them to fix my bill. Don't go with them it is a waste of time

    Be very careful with there sales people that are very dishonest and will do everything they can to rip you off and they lie. Careful with this company they teach the sales people to do the scams they do.

    Signed up for internet. Asked for equipment to be delivered at a future date as previous home owners moving one month later. Rep said no problem. Within several hours I received email saying equipment will be delivered the next day. I called back 5 times and every time the rep said equipment will be delivered in a few weeks but every time I get a delivery notice for the next day. INCOMPETENT. The equipment was delivered without. My consent or knowledge. I also signed up for free mobile service but no one ever told me they do a credit check. My credits been locked for security reasons so I get a letter saying they cant activate a line because they cant get my credit score. Duh! When I first called for mobile their system was down and asked me to call back in 2 days. When I called back the rep said theyd send a SIM card so I can keep my old number and use a new spectrum number. The card never came so I called back and the rep said I couldnt use old number with a new spectrum number. I saves myself further headaches from incompetent reps and went with TMobile instead. TMobile was quick competent and professional!

    Garbage. I called to cancel and was talked in to buy a tablet for really cheap which I thought could help my daughter with her school work but guess what not only is their internet bad but mobile is also horrible. Yup I know I should of canceled but the thought of possibly making my kids life easier was enticing. FYI internet is extremely slow and their tablets are cheap. Also extremely difficult to cancel with them.

    Spectrum mobile cut off my phone service when I was on my way to *************** to pick up my niece--a child. Apparently they had sent an email to my husband two days ago that our autopay did not go through. It went straight into his spam folder.I was driving when suddenly I could not call, text or get directions to pick up my niece at the train station. This poor child ended up having to wait alone at night in ***********. I called them and asked if they could just give me 30 minutes until I could pick the child up and get home. I offered Apple Pay because I do not carry my credit cards around with me nowadays. They said no. They treated me like a derelict. My husband and I are both professionals and own a home in **************. I am switching tomorrow. That child could have been hurt or attacked. There was no security at the *************** station and she was alone except for a few homeless people.It was my worst nightmare and I was completely helpless.

    Don't go with this company. They stole from me and scammed me. Almost $100 they are stealing. They added a extra line without my permission. Horrible people!

    I can tell you they are the WORSE customer service I have ever dealt with. After one phone call for an order done online at their store they would NOT exchange their mess up for days. They would not overnight the phone for their mistake. They were very rude and sarcastic towards me. She refused to get her supervisor on the phone and keep upsetting me. I had to hang up for her rude service. I still needed this phone and we went ahead with it because we are already a customer and got a better rate than ************************. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
