I applied for a $1500 loan and was approved. I received as message saying I would pay over$600 per month for a total of over $9000 payoff . This is ridiculous! I canceled the loan. There was no way I could pay that! When I questioned it, they told me they charge a higher interest rate. This is a rip off and a scam. No way these people should be in business. I heard about them on TV where they show people being approved.

This company ****** the Payday Loans Protections Act by locating on an Indian Reservation. This allows them to use a legal loophole to continue to engage in predatory lending. Just be warned, yes, they are taking advantage of you. So when you e-sign for allowing e-signatures, you may be legally bound by their agreement. I am not a Lawyer, this is not Legal Advice, just be careful.

Beware of this company. They charge you over 500% to pay it back. Each payment they add more to the pay off. I finally got ahead and wanted to pay it off . I told them online I wanted to pay it off. I was told I could only do it by phone. **** they blocked my number. Said it was no longer available in my area. The person online said I would have to schedule a phone call?????????? So I called and acted like a new person wanting a loan thru my husbands phone got right thru hmmmmmmmmmmmm... I let her know I was not playing I wanted to pay it off. She tried telling me numbers back incorrect I gave her. I said you need to get this right, I am not paying anymore money to you. At the end she assured me no more money would come out of my account. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Liars and thieves.

Currently trying to pay my balance off early and they came up with an OUTRAGEOUS dollar amount, this should be illegal.I have taken out loans and have NEVER seen anything of this Nature. If they don't accept a double payment on my 6th payment due date~ they will NOT get another dollar, they have breached their contact and agreement of an early payoff and is trying to OVERCHARGE me the deferred dollar amount BUT I am trying to pay them off early. This Company is trying to over charge me 6 X's what I borrowed and I have already paid them what I borrowed Do NOT take out a loan from this Company, they are a COMPLETE SCAM!

They lie then tell you you didn't read or print the agreement, I did, and since they tell me they aren't subject to the laws of sovereigns they aren't subject to being paid either.

Do not go through birch lending if you need a small loan! They will hit you with 600% interest! They sneak in hidden terms in their agreements and prey on people needing small, quick emergency funding! I 1000% do not recommend anyone ever getting a loan from here.

Make sure to read the fine print! My $1,300 loan is equaling $6K!!! And his place prays on those with not the best credit in a time of need! BE AWARE!
