    This company is a complete ripoff. I agreed to a loan in the amount of ****** paying them ****** every two weeks. As of today I have already paid them ****** and they said my loan wont be paid off until March 2026. Never can I login online to see my account and customer service is awful. Please DO NOT use this company.

    I applied for a loan and was approved for $1,410.00 I found it odd that I was not able to log into my account first thing came to mind check the BBB website after seeing all the bad reviews I checked my email and received my monthly payment plan I almost had a heart attack after reveiwing the payment plan that was emailed to me. I borrowed $1,410 and was supposed to pay back total of $8,439.90 for a total of 64 months which is $131.95 a week. I quickly called them and was able to cancel my loan luckly I had just got approved 20 minutes prior to cancelling loan.

    They screwed me big time. Im widowed with 3 kids needed money bad, and now Im struggling even more with how much they are charging me. I cant live like this anymore!!!

    I borrowed $875 in 1/13/2025 and to date I have repaid $2,343.30. This has caused me extreme financial hardship over the past 6 months and the explanation given is this is a 10 month loan in which I will have paid $4686.60 for $875.00. I am also unable to access my online account. This company is giving a person in need of a little help the a sense of assistance when in the long run they are robbing people of their money and creating lasting hardships that can not be easily if at all recovered from. My financial state is in shambles because of this company. Not only have they recovered more than I borrow, but they have caused my account to be overdrawn and charged hundreds of dollars of overdraft fees and still expect another ******* before the loan is paid off. Please do not use this company even if you are in dire straights financially as this will NOT make your situation ANY BETTER. It will only make things worse and create greater hardships moving forward. My family is currently suffering greatly from this $875.00 loan!!!!! If I could give this company a negative star rating I really would

    I applied for a $1200.00 in March 2025. I was not given an interest rate, never was given a contract and unable to log into account online. I called phone # given via email when pmt of $576.** due. My interest rate was quoted as *******% and balance of $1,773.37 due today, May 23, 2025 and same balance due after payment on the 28th. I requested to *** copy of contract but was directed to email customer service. I did that but no ***ly. I am on a fixed income and not able to comply with this outrageous agreement. What are my options to discontinue the agreement?

    Horrible, predatory lending - took out a $2300 loan, called and asked for payoff, it was $2564 after I had already paid $1200 in payments. That didn't even make a dent in the original loan. What a scam! I paid it but I feel really ripped off. I think I will make a phone call to my attorney general. I'm pretty sure this is illegal.

    Exactly as advertised: A ridiculously high APR emergency loan. I used them while waiting on my first paycheck at my new job, and paid them off after a month, which is what people really ought to be doing. Sticking with them for the actual life of the loan would be insane! You'd pay 10+ times the principal! I would not recommend them for anyone seeking a long term loan, but my experience was mostly fine.

    This business is charging a high rate of interest on their supposed short term loans. They charged me over 250% in interest on a loan for $1200. I am literally being charged $2772.89 for this loan at $321.36 every other week of which $1606.80 that has already been paid. They are telling me I have 14 more payments to make. This does not seem legal .I need assistance with this please.

    This company is a ripoff. I have paid over $1200 back and they told me in order to pay the loan off I had to pay $1800 more and I told them that they were a highly paid scam. They have been charging me over 300 ever other week for over a month. Also, they said I will be paying well into next year. I need assistance to cut it off.

    The customer service is horrendous! I tried to apply for a loan and called with a simple yes or no question. I told them multiple times that I didnt have an account with them.
