    Took out a $1200 loan in a desperate time of need - I have made 17 payments of $224.79 back to them and they want a total of 32 payments of $224.79. This must be ILLEGAL! I have already paid back DOUBLE the loan and I will be getting a lawyer to help get me out of paying them any more money!!!

    I took a small emergency loan in June for $1200 and they have been charging me $321.68 biweekly. I called to pay my remaining balance and was told my balance was $1500 when I already paid them over $1800. This company is a fraud! Do not use them. They charge over 600% interest. What a way to steal your money! Never will I recommend Birch Lending to anyone. Its a ripoff!!!

    Do not use this lending company. You are charged DAILY interest. After 11 payments of $350, only $88 went to principal. Do not use them, you'll never recover.

    I got 1000$ loan, paid **** over 4 paychecks(405$ intrest) over 2 months. Never a late payment or anything, straight out of my account. Was told id have to pay over **** TODAY to pay it off! What a way to put people in a bad situation into a HORRIBLE situation. Typical ******* letting the indians take advantage of other ********* just trying to SURVIVE in this country! Pathetic! Read the FINE PRINT, if you can find it. I didnt realize i was paying 3000$ intrest for a 1000$ loan paid back in 4 paychecks.0 stars wasnt available.

    The company is very professional. Save, when they ask questions to update their own records. The interest rate of 75% is legal but so is prostitution in some states. Wife borrowed money without telling me and without my quickly paying off the balance shed be indebted til she dies. Birch provides a service for people that would be better served being declined or finding alternative arrangement. Taking advantage of desperate people can be called a service. To their family its called a scam.

    This company is NOT a scam. There were a few minor issues with getting my loan amount right but other than that, the process was very simple. They let you know that it is an expensive loan immediately and on the website. So if you arent prepared to pay off larger amounts, or all at once, this lender just may not be for you. I also cant remember the name of the lady I spoke with but she was tremendous and I couldnt thank her enough for getting it done so quickly while I was in a tight spot.

    BEWARE and STAY FAR AWAY from this lending company! The interest is absolutely outrageous and your payments all go towards interest and none of the principal. Its next to impossible to pay it off and they are not even honest about their fees. Be careful because after you pay off the loan, they will continue to take out your monthly payment and youll have to keep calling them on it for months. They will keep passing you off, make you hold for ***** minutes, and ask to you to call back another day. This buys them time to take another payment after youve closed your loan. Ugh, RUN!!!

    This company is a shark preying on those that are desperately seeking that little bit of temporary help. I have paid over what my loan amount was and they stated *** only paid $1 each time towards my principal which is a load of c*** when theyve charged me $123 every 2 weeks. DO NOT GO EITH BIRCH LENDING AT ALL COST!

    Had the same experience as previous review. Online quick loan. You cannot see the agreement says SIX HUNDRED percent until you download a separate app to read the agreement. Tried to agree to pay off loan once I realized what was happening... it's been a complete nightmare. They scheduled my payoff amount ON TOP of a regular payment. When trying to reach a supervisor... none "are available." Trying to still charge me full pay off amount, when they've already taken WAY over what was borrowed. Every excuse for why this is legal has to do with "*****" or "Tribal Lands." They're obviously using predatory lending practices, and are VERY inflexible.... RIDICULOUS to work with.

    As far as short term loans, this company is fine to work with. They got the funds into my account overnight, and we're pleasant to deal with on the phone to make a payment. Similar interest rates as a **** shop, but you're not putting anything into ****.THIS IS AN INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE WAY TO GET PAST AN IMMEDIATE EXPENSE. BORROW ONLY WHAT YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST, AND GET IT PAID BACK AS SOON AS YOU CAN.One note, and why they lost a star, their website is glitchy and the links they send you are almost always dead. It's easier to just call the customer service number.
