Online Purchase - Online Retailer Scam

Ordered Taylor Swift pajamas in January 2025. They arrived and were OK. In May 2025 I got an alert from my credit card company saying that Aurelle & Bloom were trying to charge my card $29.99. I denied the purchase. Looking back in my records, I saw they charged me in March and April. I am trying to get those charges removed.

Purchased Taylor Swift pajamas from them for a xmas gift, i realized i ordered wrong color & immediately emailed them, no response. Figured ok, whatever color comes in that is what i will gift. Waiting weeks on this item, then they have the nerve to charge you for a "membership" fee of $25/month which was never seen or the print was so little or hidden and did not see it. Tried calling them 3x with noone answering the phone & have left detailed messages with not 1:response back!!! Horrible customer service, BEWARE of ordering from this company, they also go by a diferent company name on FB as well.

I purchased a Taylor Swift Piano Calendar as a gift. The link did not say thw origin of the product. It was 22 days before it was "delivered". However, it supposedly went through the US more than once and through several states that were not en route for regular mail. When contacting the company, they insist that it was delivered. After emailing them several times, they offered me a partial refund. They would not provide me with a carrier or other tracking number. I am contacting my Credit card to refuse payment.

Online Purchase - Seat Estate LLC

In June of 2024 was connected to a ticket broker through a friend who was selling Taylor Swift tickets. I spoke to the broker, Marc Vincent Moyens, several times over the phone and we communicated back and forth over text. He had a seemingly legit ticket site, seatestate.com and we negotiated a price of $2500 for 2 tickets to see Taylor Swift in Miami the weekend of October 18, 2024. On July 8th and 9th I sent him three payments via Zelle totaling the $2500. He sent me an email confirmation from his business email guaranteeing the tickets as discussed and confirming his receipt of my payment. After months of following texts, the concert dates came and went and Marc never provided the tickets. His story continually changed as to when I would get the tickets and when he was unable to deliver them he stated I would get a refund by October 30th. As of December 1st, I have not received my refund and have sent Marc numerous texts and Zelle payment requests which he has ignored and not responded to. I know of several other people that paid Marc for Taylor Swift tickets that were never received totaling almost $20,000 and this is clearly an ongoing scam.

Online Purchase - Ticket Scam

I was trying to buy concert tickets for my daughter for her birthday to the Taylor Swift concert and I ran across this site on facebook and thought it was legit and without doing any research because her concert was coming up so I thought I was getting something special for my daughter well to my surprise I was wrong and the person or persons totally scammed me out of $360.45 I have been devastated because I let my daughter down and that doesn’t sit well with me I’m ashamed of myself for trusting this person that hurts really bad I will not let that happen to myself again it’s just the tickets were so expensive and when they said that they work for a non profit organization to help people buy tickets at the regular price that hasn’t been scaled i thought ok well this sounds great so I thought I was getting a great deal for her and what a birthday gift that would be to see her in concert on her birthday but that didn’t happen of course Thanks
