This scammer came through a Plainview Dads Facebook page, advertising their "cousin" selling Taylor Swift tickets. They agreed to use PayPal Goods and Services and asked for half the money first, but would not send the tickets until all the money was paid to them and in their account. PayPal holds the money to protect from scammers, and can take 7-21 days to do so. This seller then asked for the rest of the money via Zelle. That is when I asked them to send half the tickets, or one at a time, as I paid the money. When they refused, I searched their number and found that they have done this before and stopped conversing with this person.
