Offered an inflatable waterslide rental for $250. Required a $150 deposit before delivery. I paid the $150, and then was informed that I needed to pay a refundable $250 deposit for insurance before the slide would be delivered. When I declined to pay that as it was not part of the original agreement, they canceled my transaction, but did not deliver the waterslide or refund my money. I agreed to pay the insurance amount if they would provide their Illinois business information showing that they were registered to conduct business in the state, but they could not provide it.

The website is advertising a xl dog bed and mails out a small dog bed. The only contact is an email address. There is not company address. The whole company seems shady and consumers should be made aware not to do business with this company. I should have known better as I've had trouble with other sites in Instagram. Instagram should also be penalized for allowing shady sites to trick people with ads on their platform. I have photos I can attach.
