I was contacted by a ***** ******** using the email [email protected], claiming she had come across my background while reviewing profiles for one of their clients. After forwarding my resume for consideration, she then responded that, while my experience is aligned with the role, my resume is not "ATS-friendly" and that she needed me to adapt my resume to be ATS-friendly and referred me to a website: https://advresats.com Upon visiting this site, I noted that in order to obtain what they call an 'ATS-friendly" resume, I needed to place an order for either $15 for a non-editable resume or $17 for an editable resume and, once I placed my order, I would receive said "ATS-friendly" resume within 6 hours. I found similar complaints on LinkedIN, all using various names and job opportunities. Needless to say, I did not place an order and instead sent one of the BBB complaints I found directly to the email address she was using.
