They had an ad on Instagram of a new monitor that I was interested in trying. I was redirected to their website from Instagram and purchased the monitor. They gave me a tracking number and provided a website to track the delivery as well. this is the waybill number ----GZ9000053514YQ you can go to https://www.track718.com/en/ It was being marked with progress updates and was marked delivered but was never actually delivered.
