    My 3 exterior door installations by Landmark are poor/faulty with many issues that I can see without being I supposed professional. For instance, I can see daylight around the doors in many places. They warp in the hot day sun and the weather stripping and caulking was installed poorly. The side door is difficult to open or close. This is putting undue stress on the door handle and is ruining it. Landmark told me they would order some new weather stripping pieces and come and install them. This was months ago and they keep evading giving me a firm date to correct these issues. This is a terrible company to deal with and I would never recommend them to anyone.

    I am really sorry to hear this, ****. I see we have you booked for a service visit later this month so I would hope you would have felt differently.
    We stand behind our warranty and all that we do. I apologize if our response time may have however been a little slow. Not to worry though, we will get you looked after!

    I had 13 windows installed Nov 2022. One of my windows cracked shortly after the install. I have followed all the steps like fill out the online request more than a couple of times, I have called and left voicemails, I have called the salesman who apparently no longer works there anymore. Not one call back yet. Customer service does not exist with this company.
    By the way the salesman pressured me into buying these windows. I was hesitant from the very beginning, I then called him back 5 mins after leaving my house to cancel and he told me it was too late because all my financing was approved and finalized. But now I am trying to sell my house and I still have this cracked window and nobody is rectifying this with me! I am out of time to go through there non-existent warranty now and will have to pay out of my own pocket to replace my window. I am so upset with this company. * ** * ****** *** *** ***** ****** ** ** ******* *** ** ***** Especially with all the inflation that's happening right now.

    With respect to your comment regarding canceling... Your contract clearly states you can cancel at any time within 10 days of signing so I find what you're claiming very difficult to understand. We pride ourselves on a no-pressure approach and if for any reason this was not your experience, our most sincere apologies.

    LANDMARK INSTALLED WINDOWS AND A DOOR AT MY COTTAGE 2 YEARS AGO, BUT NOW AFTER THEY INSTALLED A PATIO DOOR IN MY HOME IN ********** , I AM FACED WITH NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK....100 % CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER CALLS YOU BACK !!! I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND EMAILS AND COMMENTS ON THEIR WEBSITE AS DIRECTED BUT TO NO AVAIL.
    I WILL NEVER , EVER , EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN ! THEY IGNORE THEIR WARRANTY PROMISES. MY HOME NEEDS A FRONT AND A GARAGE MAN DOOR AND 4 BEDROOM WINDOWS. LANDMARK I GUESS DOES NOT WANT REPEAT BUSINESS AS THEY *** TO YOU UPFRONT AND TAKE THE CASH AFTER INSTALL AND YOU NEVER SEE THEM AGAIN .

    I have been trying for the good part of a year trying to get service on my 13 year old Landmark windows, calling, email to no avail. All I need is window security tab for a window. In the past service was very great. Not so much anymore. ****** **** ***** *** *******

    Cannot contact about windows leaking they installed that are still under warranty I am also having difficulty sending warranty and bill of sale to them online have left several messages but no contact back either online or telephone. At one call to them a pop up stated number has been blocked tried to call ****** a company they used to install windows and the same will not answer voicemail left and have left approx 4 messages.

    Hi Liz, we recently had several windows installed at our home in Stratford and we are totally satisfied with them! The two installers were friendly, worked professionally and cleaned up after the windows were installed. It seems like every day since the windows were installed we spontaneously say "I love these new windows, we should have done them years ago!!"

I personally have been trying since 2020 to get them to return my phone calls or emails and have heard nothing!
    Their so called installers could not install a barbie doll window let alone a real home window.     We changed 8 sunroom windows and they are gorgeous. We are so happy with the service and the product. Liz was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We aspire to change all our windows with Landmark solutions . This company is amazing. !!!

    After meeting with a salesman yesterday, from Landmark Home Solutions, I thought I would purchase some new windows. I put a $4,000.00 deposit down for these windows. He had mentioned that I had 10 days after our meeting that I could cancel our contract, should I reconsider my purchase. I had originally set up the meeting just to get a quote. I felt uneasy about my purchase so I called today to cancel. I called the number on his business card and it connected me with the main Landmark Business Office. I could not talk to anyone as it was an automated answering service. After several calls I left a voicemail to cancel my order, but i was never able to talk to anyone directly. When I called back after my voicemail, I was automatically disconnected each time. This is exceptionally poor customer service in my opinion. I should be able to connect with the people I am doing business with. I sent an email to the saleman to cancel my order. I hope that my deposit was not processed. I had put the deposit on my credit card and called the bank to put a stop payment for Landmark Home Solutions. Otherwise I did not know how else to cancel my order before my 10 days were up, if they are not answering their phone! ** ******* *** **** ****** ******* ***** ******** **** ********** * ** *** *** **** ****** *** *** *** ********** **** **** ********

Yes, we do use an automated IVR (like most businesses now a days) that lists all the staff and extension number. had you left me a message, I would have been happy to return your call had I missed it.
