    Terrible customer service and product!!!!! ** *** ***** **** ***** ** **** *******. Spent thousands of dollars on new windows and doors and when we needed the front door handle fixed waited 8 months to find out they ordered wrong handle!!!! You can never get to talk to anyone at the office and when you do no one seems to know what happened or what to do to fix it!!
    Windows had condensation in between the glass and needed to be repaired as well!!!

    First I want to say the installers for this company was awesome was very professional
    But the company itself is another question
    The salesman told us the installation would be 6 to 8 weeks we waited a week to have someone come and do the measurements
    Then on Oct 23 an email from the project manager that said it would be from 12 to 14 weeks So I questioned it and reply was told I give extra time for scheduling
    I proceeded to tell them it was unacceptable and the response was to bad not in the contract
    Tried calling and emailing no response no call backs after leaving messages. Until wife used her cell and then answered
    To get any type of answer to any question you have to deal with three or four people from different areas and still no real answer
    Bottom line make sure everything written in the contract

    So sorry to hear you were unhappy with the timeline. I see you signed with us on September 14, 2023, and the installation was completed on November 22, 2023
    I believe that is 69 days which would then equate to 9.8 weeks, so let's round up and call it 10!
    Per your statement, it was indicated to take 6-8 weeks at the time of sale, when in actuality we came in at 10 weeks, 2 more weeks than you were originally advised.
    The fact you find this to be displeasing I am truly sorry to hear as in the end, we made your custom product(s), to perfection. We installed it professionally and to absolute precision.
    I will be sure to note your account about your displeasure and should you ever require warranty coverage in the future, hopefully, we will be able to pull through in a much more acceptable timeline for you.

    I have never had a customer service manager say, "I don't give a ***** after they messed up a customer order until I dealt with Landmark Home Solutions.
    I ordered 3 large windows, a glass sliding patio door, and a front door from this company in May of 2023. I made explicitly clear that I wanted products that qualified for the home efficiency rebate program to the sales rep. When I received my order confirmation I noticed it did not include the sliding door as "grant qualified" so before my products were ordered I had the Landmark rep confirm I would be receiving products that qualified. They install the windows and doors and exclude the U-factor and energy rating sticker for the sliding door. During my energy rebate post-retrofit audit, the auditor mentioned that I would have to request that sticker from Landmark and send it to them. Upon request, Landmark sends me the sticker for the door, however, the sticker clearly indicates that it does not meet the specifications for the rebate. I contacted Landmark to seek a resolution and they told me I received the correct products and they did not know why the sliding door did not qualify for the rebate. I request to be contacted by a manager at that point.
    Manager Lisa from the onset was very agitated that I was bringing up my concerns. She said none of their doors meet the rebate program specifications (contrary to what their sales rep told me) and said I did not request rebate glass for the sliding door. I made clear that I have many emails going back and forth with Landmark stating my request for rebate qualifying products ***** *** ********* ** ***** **** * ****** ******** **** ***** ** *** ***** ***** The best she offered me was a delayed process to replace the door or $500. I took the money and ran, this company is misleading and inconsiderate of customers. They have no interest in delivering on their promises *** **** **** ** **** *** ** when a problem arises. ***** **** ******* ** *** ******

    Why there seemed to be a disconnect in your case I can not say. But we will clearly take this as a learning opportunity and see if we can enhance our methods and systems, especially communication methods.
    Lastly, under no circumstance would we ever condone any employee using any verbiage except for that of professional, and for that, you have my most sincere apologies.
    In the end, while we clearly understand your frustration, I prefer to view it as we stood behind what we do and whether we offered to replace the door or glass or offered money, we did not run and hide. We stood tall to provide the resolution you were happy with.

    What a pathetic response to a customer issue. I have received nothing from Landmark as far as compensation, only the promise from a company that stands tall behind dishonest and deceitful sales tactics and attrocious customer service. You have hid behind a poorly written sales receipt from the beginning, essentially laughing in my face when I tried to have the proper products installed. I paid for a door that I was told by the sales rep qualified for the rebate program, only to find out after install that Landmark DOESN'T SELL FRONT DOORS THAT QUALIFY! Where is my compensation for that?You are hiding behind **** and you "stood tall" behind ***** business practices. If ****** had any wits they would drop you as a service provider. What a disgrace!

    LANDMARK INSTALLED WINDOWS AND A DOOR AT MY COTTAGE 2 YEARS AGO, BUT NOW AFTER THEY INSTALLED A PATIO DOOR IN MY HOME IN ********** , I AM FACED WITH NO ONE CALLS YOU BACK....100 % CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER CALLS YOU BACK !!! I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND EMAILS AND COMMENTS ON THEIR WEBSITE AS DIRECTED BUT TO NO AVAIL.
    I WILL NEVER , EVER , EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN ! THEY IGNORE THEIR WARRANTY PROMISES. MY HOME NEEDS A FRONT AND A GARAGE MAN DOOR AND 4 BEDROOM WINDOWS. LANDMARK I GUESS DOES NOT WANT REPEAT BUSINESS AS THEY *** TO YOU UPFRONT AND TAKE THE CASH AFTER INSTALL AND YOU NEVER SEE THEM AGAIN .

    Cannot contact about windows leaking they installed that are still under warranty I am also having difficulty sending warranty and bill of sale to them online have left several messages but no contact back either online or telephone. At one call to them a pop up stated number has been blocked tried to call ****** a company they used to install windows and the same will not answer voicemail left and have left approx 4 messages.

    Hi Liz, we recently had several windows installed at our home in Stratford and we are totally satisfied with them! The two installers were friendly, worked professionally and cleaned up after the windows were installed. It seems like every day since the windows were installed we spontaneously say "I love these new windows, we should have done them years ago!!"

I personally have been trying since 2020 to get them to return my phone calls or emails and have heard nothing!
    Their so called installers could not install a barbie doll window let alone a real home window.     We changed 8 sunroom windows and they are gorgeous. We are so happy with the service and the product. Liz was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We aspire to change all our windows with Landmark solutions . This company is amazing. !!!
