    **** ******* ** ********* They don't return calls, the don't fix issues, they ignore emails.
    The installation of 21 windows and a front entry steel door was completed Feb 2021 and the bathroom window was the wrong size, the front door sweep was ripped within the year and now I have a pressure crack in my attic window. They haven't fixed the bathroom window at the time of writing this email 2025) nor the sweep, not have returned calls for the attic window either. A waste of $22000!! **** **** ******** ****

    This company is a complete SCAM! No phone call is answered, no emails answered, we even drove to their 'location' in Stoney Creek to only see an EMPTY location. Had a technician out here in Feb/March to look at my brand new window I had installed in 2022. The window is coming out of the frames, letting condensation build up. I spent over $20,000 on brand new windows and doors and not getting a single reply from this company! **** ****** ** ************ *** ***** ** **** ****** I will be filing a judgement in September.

    New windows and doors in 2021 and still trying to get issues fixed. Multiple contractors to my house and get a different answer every time. Last contractor was here March of 2025 and has yet to return to fix my front door. ** *** ******** ******** **** **** ********

    zero customer support. spent thousands of dollars on windows and can't get anyone to response to issues with broken seals. Tech was out and measured glass Feb 14 2025 and still nothing in way of follow up.

    When we had our windows and doors installed in 2023, we were told our windows were under warranty. One of the bedroom windows started cracking all on its own. I contacted the company and was told the glass was not under warranty! But set a date for a technician to come to repair it even if I have to pay, but he was a no-show. Now Landmark will not return our calls. We have reached out several times by phone and had sent in the service request forms and pictures. They have still have not responded. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

    Made a warranty claim for a broken seal on a double hung window in December 2024. A ticket was approved but a technician was needed to size the window. Due to my availability, Landmark made the appointment for April 14, 2025 between the hours of 9 and 11 am to size the window. At 3 pm of the same day and no arrival of technician, I called **** ***** (my contact at Landmark). She apologized of the situation, as she said both vehicles for the technicians were in for mechanical repairs? She then over the phone ordered the replacement window panel based on common size of these windows that had previously been replaced. All of this was on file. On the week of Monday May 5 20th, I attempted to contact Landmark by email and phone numerous times (10) to get an update on the replacement window pane. No response at all. The phone message at Landmark has changed and you can not contact any department, only to leave a message. I am disappointed at this particular customer service. ******* *** ********* ** **** ***** ***** ******* ******** *******

    We had windows and doors installed in our home in 2019. We now have a issue with our lock latch not locking and our storm door as well not properly lined up with a draft coming through it. We just recently called the company both Landmark and Wardco where they make the product and we had nothing but a unsuccessful call back from anyone from either company and we left multiple messages to reach back to us for the past couple days and still no response. We spent over 35,000 on our install and this is how they treat their customers. If this is how they treat their customers then they obviously don't care about their product and stand behind it *** **** ******* **** **** *** ** ** ** **** *** *** ***** *****. This company is not **** ********* ** good on their warranty. The sad part no one there ever answers the phone or responds. **** *** ***** ** ******* * *** **** **** ***

    This number has been calling me for 2 months, often multiple times a day. I don't answer and they don't leave a message. This needs to stop!!
