      ********** ****** Wyse has so many ways in which they will take money from you it should really be against the law, from reconnection charges being over $400 to overage charges being over half of the total bill it's ridiculous that the government lets these companies set up monopolies and then lets them get away with it.       Wyse asked me to close my account when I’m moving out, so I send a form and get a confirmation. 2 months later I’m receiving an email says I need to pay for one more month even though I finished my move out.
      When I called they said that leasing company can change everything and they will go after my credit score if I don’t pay that amount. I never see that **** ** ***** before.

      We are sorry for any confusion caused by the customer's final billing. Customers are responsible for their utilities based on their lease agreement with the building they reside in. We will accept customer requests to close their accounts but should the building provide documentation that shows the customer is responsible beyond the move out date the customer submitted, we are obligated to continue billing until that date. If there is a dispute between the customer and their property manager, we will abide by whatever the resolution is between the two parties. Our Customer Support team has explained this to the customer and if we do receive updated documentation that shows this customer did move out earlier than their lease documentation states, we will update the billing accordingly.

      My experience over the last 3 months with wise utility.
      Monthly service fees (recurring) are 3x greater than the actual cost of services used. (Hydro water & sewer)

      -Very confusing paper s sent to apartment building mailbox
      -Also papers sent to collection agency duplicated using customers first and last name.

      Terrible company to deal with. The apartment building we were moving into uses Wyse for new tenants who are now paying for their hydro. We had to put a $130.00 deposit up front and were told it would be refunded when we moved out.
      We moved out the end of March and are still waiting for our refund. The final bill was deducted from it, leaving a balance of $74.00. After numerous e mails, I was finally told the cheque had been mailed on May 4th. We did not receive it and notified them. Their reply was that if I wanted another cheque sent it would cost me $15 to reprint it. I replied that I didn’t think this was legal or ethical. Their response was if I wanted any money back it would cost me $15.00. Rather than let them keep everything, I said just send me the balance, I’m still waiting for it. Maybe they’ll keep deducting $15 for every ‘lost’ cheque until there’s nothing left. The amount is negligible but the way this company does business is outrageous.

      **** ******* **** ****** You guys came and cut of our power for 1 month past due bill. Then on top of all of this nonsense, you refuse to send anyone to restore our power after paying you. This **** about having to wait up to 48 hours to restore power ** ******** ********. It did not take you 48 hours to turn off my power, so why should I wait that long. You guys have no respect for anyone, ** ****** *** ******* ******** *** ***** ******** you guys let all the food in our fridge and freeze spoil, ********* *** *******. You guys are quick to collect money, but not turn on power. *** **** ** ** ******* ***** *** *** *** ***** ** *** **** **** *** **** *** *** *** **** ********* ** *** ** ******** ***** No one asked for your services, our building switch providers and had no choice but to go with you guys. * ***** *** ********* **** ******** ** * ******** ******** ****** *** ************* **** ******* **. **** HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

      ******* ******** Disconnected my hydro a day before the long weekend. Paid the bill and was told to call and let them know I'll be home. Got a call back saying there no confirmation number for payment. It's on file and in email. Was told they can't hook it back up. Its now Tuesday after the long weekend and now all of a sudden they see it then hung up on me because I asked what's going to happen to these employees that told us no and all the food that was thrown out. **** ******* *** *******

      * ** * ****** ****** ******* **** **** ** ******* * **** **** *** **** ** *** ***** *** ** ****** ***** After arriving back home from work and picking up my daughter from school today I was surprised to see that my power was disconnected and most of the contents in my refrigerator and freezer has gone bad now after we just did our big grocery shop lastnight.
      I called wyse meter solutions immediately and they told me that I was short on my last bill by $4.37 and for that reason they cut my power off without notice . They said they are very sorry and there was nothing they could do about it. And that if I wanted my power hooked back up again, that I would have to pay them a re connection fee of almost $300. So I used my cc and paid them the outstanding $4.37 and the new $300 service re connection fee and they said they were going to hook it back up by 7pm. It's now 930pm and my food is toast and my phones about to die and I have to get up for work and to drop my kiddo off at school in the morning. This is totally unacceptable *** ***** ******* ***** *** ***** ******** **** **** *** ******** ** *** ***** ****** ** ***** ******** **** ****** **** I'm not sure how to go about this but I'm certainly pretty upset and disappointed in they're customer service * ******** ********* **** ******* ** ****** ***** This is madness.
      And to follow up it is now the next day and my power still hasn't been hooked back up. Just unreal the way they treat people.
