      on april 13 sent customer service an email about why i have not recd a bill since jan 4, my email was ignored.on april 22nd i call wyse meter and was told my account was closed cause someone else at ******** submitted paperwork for a new resident at my unit, i told them but i never moved and nobody called to confirm if i stll lived here or not. i never asked for my account to be closed as i never moved so instead they keep sending my money back to me without an explanation. i was then told a new account would be created and all fees would be waved and then i got the new bill and it was in someones elses address and not mine so had to call again and talked to habid (supervisor) and he said he would fix it and give credit and wave fees. he **** to me and charged me $500 with a set up fee and no credit. in the end both wyse meter and ******** say its my fault. The people at wyse meter just ************ i will be talking to my MP about this, as people dont need to be treated like this in anyway. ******* *** *** ***** ** **** ******customer service 0% thanks wyse *** ******* **** ** **** *** ********* ** ****

      ***** ******* **** **** ***** ***** They will send you a bill, and within 4 days they’ll charge you exorbitant fees and penalties for “not paying on time.”
      ** ***** ******* **** ***** They will tack on all sorts of penalties and associated fees, and they’re not transparent.
      Good luck getting through to customer service or management if you have an issue with your billing. They take 3 business days to get back to you, if you’re lucky.

      This company entered the wrong unit number and was charging me for someone else's energy for 3 months until that person moved out and they closed my account. I notified them of the error when I finally figured out what happened.
      It's been almost a month now since I contacted them. I have still not received a refund for the wrongly charged amounts ($280) or been provided with the bills for my actual energy usage for the last 8 months. This had been a highly stressful situation for me.

      This WASTE water utilities keep ********* me and asking me to pay them for the whole month of December 2023, when we have moved on December 4 in vacant the apartment from that day,” Just came back to clean the apartment on dec 15 and left after ) I have given this Wyse water utilities a note for a medical emergency cancellation of their service very early on. We been calling and calling . We’ve been put on hold for hours in hours without them picking up the phone. This people that runs this company is very sloppy and all they want is they keep trying to get money out of my bank account. I blocked them from my bank account and now they’re ********* me and emailing me stating that I owe them for the whole month of December. I HAVE PAID THIS WYSE WATER THE WHOLE 1 and 1/2 month of their service, but still they want money. * ** ******** **** ******* ****** ****** *********** **** ******** They are also sending me bills that are not even my name, what a shame about this company. * **** *** **** ******* **** * *** ******** **** ***** ** **** ******* * *******, I even have a good record from the building, But this company is so *****, their water runs very slow and they dont fix it right away.

      This company changed my account number without telling me. Then just stopped sending my bill. I can't register the new account number because there is a dash in it now. I have to pay by credit card and there is a fee for that now.

      Had technical issues, so couldn't bill in a particular month. Then charged twice following month with no warning. Was on Automatic billing, and wasn't aware, then was caught with insufficient funds as a result. Obviously they would do nothing about the $50 IF fee I recieved.
      Additionally, their automatic payment date changes month to month, so very difficult to plan for.

      This is absolutely the worst utility company going. I have called in regards to my credit on my account that did NOT come over with the new billing system, and I cannot get through I tried calling several times.

      Terrible Customer service, Tried to talk to customer service rep on the phone, Cant get through. Waited almost an hour 3 times on the phone. I needed t download my bills for year end. Both portals new and old dont work.

      ** * *** *** **** ** **** * ****** * ***** **** * ***** what company sends a collection agency after a past tenant of a building in 2017 almost 7 years later. The collections agency said they called and that is a *** I have had this cell phone for 25 years same number never got a call from no one from Wyse Meter or collections. WHAT a JOKE. Who does business like that I am so ******* because now they can affect my credit rating from their *** business practices.

      Since the web site update it has not been easy to log into my account to be able to make a payment. They said they sent number to help set up the new account to the billing email but no email was received. Have been trying to contact customer support thru email and phone and have not been able to get in contact with anyone and now they are going to try and charge me late fees for their mistake
