1 starParked at London ON location, machine didn't work and sign above said something along the lines of a maximum 6am - 6pm. When the machine didn't print a ticket after 6 pm I assumed that it wasn't a paid lot after that. I disputed they emailed saying I should've tried a different machine pay the amount. I emailed back saying I'd like to speak to someone in person and never got a response. The number they provide to pay is RARELY answered I called for weeks and never spoke to anyone. Finally spoke to someone who called himself the manager and I explained and he said too bad you had a chance to pay its now 175$. Wouldnt hear my explanation or concede it could be misleading. I said i'd pay the 50$ that it was frozen at for 7 days after receiving the email he said no you had your chance. I said I wanted to speak to someone first and you guys never answer. I said I can email you screen shots of the dates I tried calling to prove to you I made several attempts and he said if youre not paying 175$ I can't help you and hung up on me again. **** * ***** **** * ******* ******* ** *** **** ******** **** ****** **** **** *** I will never park at one of their locations even if it means walking extra Ks... **** ***** ******* * **** **** *******Review fromRussel M

1 starMy daughter was issued a parking violation for $ 50 initially even though it was their equipment that malfunctioned. (several people including my niece, were struggling with the machine that day trying to get it to work). I disputed the ticket and was denied by their collections team. Kept trying to call them to address the issue and could not get through to them via phone. Finally I spoke to them and agreed to pay the $ 50. However they wanted $ 100.00, tried calling them to address it and no answer. Now they sent me another invoice for $175. In the current economy, interest rate hikes, inflation and what's happening around us this company should be ashamed to have such hefty fines given it's their problem. **** ***** ******* ****** *** ******** ******** ****** ****** *** ***** ******** *** ** *** ***** **** ********* *** ** **** * ********* ******* ** ******* ** ***** ****** *** **** ** *** **** ** *** **** ** ******* My daughter who is in school finally paid $100 to avoid collection calls. ****** ****** **** ***** ******** *** ******* **** ********Review fromHoward K

1 star**** **** **** ***** ****** I agree with all the reviews here as even though there is a genuine mistake, they have one standard answer "Ticket was issued correctly" .
I parked in visitor's parking in Condo and I made an error putting in License plate number by accidently switching second letter with third (For example it was supposed to be AYFZ123 and I entered AFYZ123. I sent them picture of purchase ticket and violation showing them side by side on same vehicle which they had picture in violation ticket explaining that it was genuine mistake and still they didn't budge. So I paid for 12 hours of parking including 53$ fine. ******* *** **** *** ***** ******* ** **** ***** * ***** **** *** ****** *** **** *** ***** ******Review fromLou T.

1 starFebruary 2, 2023 parking rate $9.00 before 6pm ** ******* *********** *** ******** ******* ******** *** ***. I exited at 6:06 pm due to cars ahead of me in the parking lot and was charged an extra $9.00. When I attempted to obtain relief from the company they advised me that I would have been charged the extra $9.00 even if I was 1 minute late. I think it's the last part that really got my back up "even 1 minute late". **** **** ** ********* ** ** ***** Unfortunately *** ******* **** ****** * ******** ***** everything is electronic and cannot speak with anyone at the parking lot. 1 starPaid for more than enough time at the hospital according to the time estimate on the appointment schedule. Due to the covid protocols at the time along with emergencies coming in bumping me back I was about an hour late in getting back to my car. Saw the person walking away after putting the tag on my car. Since the procedure I was having required gowning up with no clothing it was impossible to run outside and add a time extension in. Started getting the letters demanding payment and ignored them. The collection agency ( most likely owned by them ) sent several threatening letters saying that my credit rating would be affected if I didn't pay up and they would tow my vehicle if it was found in their lot. Last letter was an offer for the original amount of their tag. Didn't pay and nothing further.Review fromRuth B

1 star***** ******* ***** I parked on December 9, 2022 at Cathedral Place, Vancouver. The credit card machine reader was not working. *** ******* *** ********** ** ***** ** ** * ****** ********** ***** ******* ** ** ************ *** ** *** ********* I spoke to an attendant who told me to go ahead and park and I could pay on leaving. I gave him my licence plate number and cell number. When I left there was no kiosk. I buzzed the attendant and was told to leave and I would be contacted. Two months later on February 6, 2023 I got a voice message to call and settle my account. I phoned and was told that I owed $25.00. I had parked for 2 hours at a rate of $3.75 for 30 minutes.
I offered to pay what I owed ($15.00) but got nothing but rudeness from every person I spoke with. The manager said that my car had left at 7:00 p.m. when I had left at 3:00 p.m. The manager did not believe me. ********* ******* ** * ***** I paid $28.00 (includes a "convenience" fee of $3.00) ** ***** *** ******* ** ******* ***** ********** ***** ** *****Review fromPhillip N

1 starExtremely poor management and customer service. They claim that everything for an account can be managed online but that is never the case. Whenever I call the wait time is over 30 minutes and the agent who answers me "you need to speak with a daily pass agent whereas I handle monthly pass only". **** ** *** ****** ***** **** ****** ******** I called to reload a card, they did, charged my credit card, sent an invoice and so on. Half an hour later I got an email stating that my card is cancelled. I called again and was told that the agent made a mistake and they never reload old cards and I must a get a new card. The location to get a new card is 1 hour drive for me.Review fromBrandon M

1 star** * ***** **** ******** ***** *** **** *********** * ****** I park in one of their lots, go to the machine and pay for a full day. The ticket states explicitly "NO NEED TO DISPLAY", in big red ink. So, I kept the ticket with me in case I'd need it to prove payment or whatever.
I come back from work to see a ticket. Lovely. I assume some fellow just forgot to check the system for what plates were registered to park/who paid etc. I sent a picture of the 'invoice' along with my proof of payment, a photo of the ticket that clearly states no need to display. Invoice states 'ftd, failure to display'. I dispute, they reject my dispute from their 'tribunal', demanding 50$ or 100$ if not paid within 7 days. Wow, so parking with you cost me $60 total.
Never again. I'd rather eat a ticket from the city (a reasonable $10) and fund our beautiful city many times over than ever deal with this extortion racket. To add injury, they also charge a $3 convenience fee for paying online. This company abuses its paying customers so hard, I cannot believe they can maintain a business operating this way.

1 starI used their lot on Central Ave in London Ontario Dec 22/22 around 1730 hours. I, and my tech savvy grandson, spent several minutes trying to use the payment machine in order to get a receipt to display in my car. It was dark already, and impossible to read any signage or instructions, or, for that matter, the instructions on the payment machine. We got no displays from the machine. We tried a second machine, and yet a third machine. The third machine did respond with a "Transaction denied" message. Accordingly, with zero machine response, we left the car parked and went to our destination, thinking perhaps the parking was no charge for the holiday season..a fairly common practice.
But, we got a ticket for $39 (or $69.75 if your are slow paying the usurious fee).
I was from out of town , and unfamiliar with the payment machines as we have no pay parking at home. There were no lights by which to see or read any instructions.. There may have been signage, but it was unreadable. **** * **** **** *********! Keep customers "in the dark and bilk" them for profit...and if they don't pony up, sick the collection agency on them. Shame, Shame. (I paid up to avoid the hassle)
My one previous experience in this lot also resulted in a ticket for parking in "the wrong area"..again poorly marked, poorly illuminated. As a result, I took extra care this time, but lost out again to the crooked owner / operators.Review fromChristine S

1 starI do not like this "parking" "business"!!
The Edmonton lot does not put tickets on the offending vehicles, so the vehicle owner can be unaware that they have transgressed. Mailed past due notices are provided eventually, which would be the 1st indicator that the vehicle owner has been ticketed. As noted below, communication with "the office" is impossible: they don't answer the phone, don't respond to emails, and advise that if one sends repeat emails, the chances of getting a response decline. * **** **** **** ********** ** * ****** * ******** *** ** ********** ******
Let it be noted that this not a BBB accredited business. **** **** **** *** ******** ******* ******* * **** * *** ******* * ***** * **** *** *********** ** ***** **** **** ** ** **** *****
