      Today I parked at an underground lot on Roehampton Avenue Toronto paid for parking 10.35 for the saturday. Came back and have a ticket of 75 on my dashboard. There is not too much information on recourse on the ticket. Called the number at the back of the ticket and after 10 minutes wait, the person said you have to call back on a weekday. Came home and noticed that my M/c charge is awaiting acceptance by the vendor as the lot was 2 floors down. ***** *** ***** **** * **** *** **** ***** ***** I have recourse to free legal services.

      * ***** **** **** ** *** **** ********** ****** **** ******. I ran into an issue with one of their machines where it did not process my receipt that needs to be inserted into the machine so that I can exit the garage. They claimed I did not pay and issued me a *********** email and an order to pay. I provided a copy of my credit card statement that did confirm payment through their complaints process. 6 months later they respond to my complaint with very simple verbiage claiming they reviewed my complaint and that I did not pay and that this will not be considered further. I fail to see given proof of payment how anyone could logically stick to an argument that i did not in fact pay. Further to reject outright without providing any explanation as to why my supporting documentation was not accepted is beyond poor service. I can truthfully say that I will avoid parking at any lot that is run by this company.

      I parked in their lot in Kensington and had struggled to be able to pay for parking. The sign with the QR code was inadequate as the dropdown list only provided the option to may $3.75 for half hour parking, That was not acceptable as I needed to pay for 3 hr of parking I managed to find a metered machine which would not accept my credit card initially. I did manage to make payment for overnight parking - THE EXACT SAME MINUTE THAT I WAS TAGGED ON MY CAR. I disputed this by email that I was tagged the same minute I had made my parking fee. I got a response back that I was required to pay $5.25 to close this matter which I feel is *********. Two months later I got a letter demanding an inflated parking fine and am threatened with legal action and collection agency. I want my day in court!

      Had purchased a ticket ( for 5.00 ), machine was not working, after 4 attempts it finally processed ( as I stood in the pouring rain ). Came back to a ticket on my car. Disputed it as I had a valid ticket and they charge another $ 5.25 to dispute it and another $ 2.50 to process the fee ( as ****** **** is potentially going on strike ). ** *** **** ****

      **** ******* ** * ***** Machine will only accept certain credit cards, Wants you download an app and will not accept change. To boot if you did have a phone on you and the machine has an issue it does not give you a number to call to report an issue.
      ** ****** *** I got a $100 parking ticket because the machine wouldn’t accept ** ******** debit credit card. The number on the back of the ticket is a dead end, takes 30-40 business days to dispute a parking invoice. Just enough time for the company to ****** you into paying or else they send it to collections. Absolutely insane

      I paid for my parking. I then received an email stating I did not pay. I said that I had proof of payment. I was then told, We do not consider that as we issued you a ticket and you have to pay it. * *** ******** I again offered to send proof of payment and constantly was told that regardless I had to pay the fine.
      I did not pay it and then received letters of threats and finally from a collection agency. **** ** * ***** ****** ****** ** *** ***** ** *** ******* *** I wish the management fully understood the impact on their reputation.

      I use their parking garage for my vehicle and they locked me in a refused to let me leave. They said they were doing cleaning and needed cars to be moved by 4pm on a Saturday or they would lock the cars in, which is fine. However, I went to move my car earlier in the afternoon before 4pm and they had already locked me in and refused to let me leave. **** ********

      ******** ***** ******* ******** ** *** ***** ******* *** ********* **** ******* ***** ** ********** Their payment machines are completely misleading — I selected the “MAX” option, which any reasonable person would assume means “maximum allowable time.” What it actually means is parking only until 6:00 PM — a detail that is nowhere clearly stated on the screen or signage. ****** *** **** **** ******* **** ********** 
      Instead of making their systems intuitive or user-friendly, Precise ParkLink seems more focused on issuing fines than providing a fair service. When I disputed the ticket, they doubled down on the technicality, ignoring the fact that their machines failed to properly communicate how long I was actually paying for. That’s not customer service — ****** ************.
      This isn’t just about a fine — it’s about a company whose entire model seems built around confusion, lack of transparency, and ********* *** honest mistakes. * ******** **** ****** ** ***** ***** ******* ********* Read the fine print (if you can find it) and don’t expect ******* ** logic from their support team.

      Worst customer experience ever. Will never park in any of their parking lots again. I have received 2 tickets in the last 2 months and both times l had paid and have proof of payment. I followed the instructions and emailed them when l received my first ticket in January with proof of payment and they replied to asking for a $5.25 admin fee for ticket issuance. Today l received another ticket due to their machine not printing my ticket. I checked my credit card and the payment successfully went through. This is totally unacceptable and worst customer service ever.

      I received a ticket from this company ** ** **** *** ** **** ****** ** ********* ****** We have a patrolled lot at my work and so I display my parking pass on my dash & register the vehicle with facilities. On this day, I had to use my husband's car so I made sure to display my pass on my mirror and let facilities know. At the end of the day, I received a ticket. I called Precise ParkLink Inc and they said to submit an email with a picture of the parking pass. I followed up with them several times and they let me know that my email was 'under management review'. Finally, after several weeks, someone emailed me to let me know I had to pay the ticket because they didn't recognise my pass (I've been using this pass for eight years). Based on what i'm reading below, this company is just blatantly using any excuse without sufficient justification to ***** money from people. ** **** ***** ** ** ** ** ***** ******* ** ******* ******* ******
