*** ***** ***** I purchased a monthly parking permit from them and still received a ticket. Tried to called multiple times, was put on hold; emailed them, never got a reply so I paid the ticket before the due date. Tried to call them again regarding the dispute and their response was "Since you paid, it means you agreed that you are at fault"?!? What kind of answer and service is that?!? First you guys made a mistake, asked me to pay for your mistake and blamed me for it. **** ****** ** ******

I have received invoice CAD 175, My name and address is correct, the plate # is not correct and not related to my name or my address, and I have never been in the location where the charge was taken. I am trying to reach Precise Park Link on the phone, no answer.

I park at one of their New Westminister lots everyday Monday through Friday but one particular morning (March 15th 2024) when I paid for parking, the meter issued me a "non-valid ticket" ... because the ticket dispenses upside down I did not see that it had issued this weird slip. I have never had problems with the meter before so after 5 months of parking will admit that I stopped looking at the slips and almost did not grab it this morning as my hands were full. When I came back 5 hours later I saw a parking ticket on my car for $50.00 claiming that I did not pay for parking. My first thought was maybe I accidentally typed in my license plate # wrong. I frantically digged through my bag trying to find the slip from that morning. It was at this moment I realized it had issued me the "non valid ticket" slip. The weird thing is I know it took my money (which is $12) so I was confused on how I got a "non valid ticket" slip. This occurred on a Friday so I waited 3-4 days to see if the transaction posted and it had been posted to my account. I triple checked to see if my bank had issued me a credit for the mishap and it hadn't. I went to dispute my ticket presenting all the evidence which included time stamped photos showing that the $12.00 had come out of my bank account, the slip that was issued, and the parking ticket in question. They send me back a cut and paste email template claiming that I did not pay for parking and that the parking ticket was justified as a result. I was told the decision is final and to send my payment within 7 days of the email or pay an additional $50.00. So not only did they take my $12.00... they denied my dispute and are expecting me to pay $50.00 (plus $3 fee to pay it online) for a total of $65 for a technical error on their end. In that email they never acknowledged that I was charged $12.00 and made no attempts to at minimum refund me for that.

Pay & Display Machine ate my credit card. Attendant told me the onsite Parking Staff didn't have a key, therefore a technician would have to be called out, but their policy is to destroy the card. I was told I had no choice but to cancel my credit card. This was at ********** General Hospital Handicap Parking. I was severely unhappy.

      ** ***** ** ** *** ** ******* **** ******* ** *** **** **** **** ********* I paid for a parking spot for one hour ***** ******** * ****** ** *** ********. Upon leaving I found a ticket on my windshield for $100 ($50 if I pay within 7 days) that was issued 4 minutes after I paid for the ticket. I emailed the next day with a copy of the receipt from my credit card statement showing I paid for the spot.
My claim was denied because one digit on my license plate was incorrectly inputted into the machine. I called to discuss it. It seemed completely unreasonable to me that I would be ticketed for something I clearly paid for? Their agent was robotic in her response claiming I owe the ticket because I made a mistake. But the point is, I PAID to use the parking spot!
I asked to speak to her manager. Was told the manager would not tell me anything differently. I wanted to speak to her anyways to express my complete and utter disbelief and dissatisfaction with them as a company. Put on hold for 20 minutes only to be told she is not available. It is not a municipal lot. It is a private company and they can make whatever exceptions they want. How on earth should I be ticketed $50 for a parking spot I paid for? ****** ******* ******* ** * ****** ****** ******* ************ *** ****** ** ** **** ********* **** ***** ******* *

      ********** ***** ******* ** **** ****.
Wound up receiving a $75 ticket in spite of making every effort to pay the daily fee through their mobile app provider which was continuously failing. They later blamed it on my android phone.
Appeals are useless - although I eventually got a payment to go through by borrowing someone's IOS device, I was still fined in spite of demonstrating all the efforts I'd made to pay since arriving at their parkade.
      My daily parking session wound up costing me well over the $13 I should have been charged, I was dismissed in the appeal process, *** **** ******** ***** ***** ***** ******* ** * ** * ***** ********** **** **** ******* ******* ** ** **** ****

**** ********** ** ****** I paid for parking using the app on Oct 10, 2023. I mistyped my plate number. I received a ticket. I disputed the ticket not knowing the cause as I had paid.
On November 15th, 2023 I received another parking ticket, but at this point, I still didn't know that the plate number was wrong in the app. I tried to call about the issue but it took dozens of calls before they answered the call. I was put on hold for more than an hour until their office closed. After several days I got through to them and they told me the only option was to dispute by email.
I received a response to my first dispute on December 4th, 2023 stating "...you did have a valid parking permit we have reduced your Parking Invoice to $25.00 administrative fee, $25.00 administrative fee to cover our costs for your error."
So they acknowledged that I have a valid parking pass but still tried to fine me.
I responded on December 4th, 2023 to the above stating that they had acknowledged that I had paid for parking, So i wasn't going to pay a fine in either incident. If they wanted to collect, they should bring me to court.
Yesterday, I received a collection agency notice on the second parking ticket. I called Precise Parklink to dispute the parking. They said there is no means to dispute, if I want to dispute I should bring them to court. I told them that I had disputed by email...she then said they don't read response emails and cited a line in the previous email that says, "Please do not reply to this email – any further questions can be answered by calling our payment line."
So, on the phone, they say "We don't handle disputes by phone, email us." then. when you email them, they say "We don't handle disputes by email, phone us."
      Awesome,
I have sent a cease letter to the collection agency telling them the fines are in dispute. We'll see how this progresses.

      VERY AWKWARD MACHINES.
Went through payment process, thought we had paid.
Received ticket and phone them to try to explain an attempt had been made. They wanted fine payment and threatened collection agency
