5 starsChris has been extremely helpful in finding our tenant. He's very professional, very responsive, and communicates frequent and often. He put the effort in to understand our needs and preferences and was able to find the tenant that fits quickly. He fully understands the process and the tenancy ack giving excellent advice for us as a landlord but also advising the tenants. He's has access to a resource pool of professional labours that do excellent work.

5 starsOur experience with Chris was fantastic! We were in a challenging situation, having to find new accommodation fast. Chris was excellent throughout the application process for our new place, being refreshingly truthful with clear timelines and expectations. What stood out the most, though, was how willing he was to go above and beyond, giving us advice on how to handle the tricky situation we were in with our old rental. 5 starsChris was always quick to respond, right from our first interaction and was more then patient with me and my never ending questions and inquiries in the search for a tenant.
While I have knowledge of Residential Tenancies, Chris's experience and knowledge is invaluable. He made quick work of vetting and finding a tenant and calming my first time landlord nerves.

5 starsWe hired Chris after speaking with several property managers in HRM because he was very knowledgable and made a great first impression, and of the three people we considered to manage our newly purchased condo, he took the most time giving us a plethora of information when we intially contacted him. Hiring Chris was the best thing we could have done: he is excellent at communicating and is extremely well-organized. He is prompt to respond and you have continued communication and feedback from him once he begins vetting applicants. Chris is very professional and we felt he was always working for us, and had a vested interest in finding us a great tenant. We trust Chris, and his process is very streamlined and no detail is omitted. We planned on mananing our property ourselves after he found us the ideal tenant (in a very timely manner,) but because of our extremely positive experience and our confidence in him, we have since decided to continue working with Chris and have him manage for us: his expertise was worth our peace of mind. We highly recommend Chris to anyone considering hiring leasing agent or property manager!Chris Ryan Property Management Services
