    Chris did a fantastic job helping us settle into our new rental. He was professional, well organized and friendly. When issues arose, as the home we are renting is old, he was quick to get the problems solved in a quick and timely manner. I would use Chris Ryan Property Management Services again for sure!

    I’ve had a great experience with Chris Ryan. Communication is fantastic, my partner and I were receiving daily messages from him, updating us on the process as it was happening. Stayed very professional and guided us through one step at a time. To this day, Chris continues to be a great contact as we navigate being first time renters.

    Chris has been an awesome property manager. He is very professional and quick to help if something needs to be repaired, or if we have questions. He made our rental and moving process as easy as moving can be, even working a longer day then normal so that he could get our property inspection done sooner after an unexpected hiccup (which had nothing to do with him). I highly recommend his company.

    I’ve had a really good experience with Chris so far. This was our first time renting in Canada, and we had a lot of questions in the beginning. Chris was patient and always got back to us quickly, which made the whole process much less stressful.
    After moving in, whenever we needed help or clarification, he responded fast and were easy to talk to. The communication has been clear and friendly, and we’ve always felt supported.
    Overall, we’re happy with the service and appreciate how smooth the experience has been.

    My experience with Chris was amazing. He was extremely professional, efficient and friendly to deal with. The quality of the walkthrough video, photos and description of the condo were prefect.
    As a active military member, the process of relocating across the country has always been a stressful. Dealing with Chris this time around, made the experience of viewing, and securing my dream condo an enjoyable one. Those extra perks and contacts for local services were a huge bonus as well.

    Chris is awesome !!! We entrusted him with renting our home to good tenants and he totally came through. He made us a promise he would not rent our home to someone he would not rent his home to and that was reassuring. All interactions with Chris are clear and positive and he always follows through on his word. We have signed a property management contract with him and are very happy with all his work for us. We would highly recommend him to anyone needing realty services.
